Andy's POV:
"There is never a time or place for true love. It happens accidentally, in a heartbeat, in a single flashing, throbbing moment." - Sarah Dessen.
Well, Mary, it isn't my place to say. Why don't you ask him what's wrong? He's been in bed all day, and he has yet to eat any of the meals I've prepared. I understand, but he's a man, and I'm not gonna break my brother's trust.
You will have to ask him. I'm sorry, Mary, but I need to go do the books. Father asked me to take a look. He headed off to the study.
He took the books and started going through the numbers. If one thing was certain, his brother was so organized, it made it easy to balance out all that was spent.
He finished the final notes on the books and then got ready. "Mary, I'm going out. Let Father know when he gets back. I should be back shortly."
Amber convinced Karlie to get up out of bed, have a shower, and get dressed, and take her into town. Even though she was still so sad, she knew she had to be stronger than what her heart was feeling. She cannot allow her family to worry. This is what she was raised for - duty and honor. She got dressed, and the car took them into town. "What do you want to do, Amber?" "Well, let's go have dinner and then catch a movie, shall we?"
"Ok, as long as you don't want to see that new movie, 'The Perfect Love.'" "Oh no, I wouldn't do that to you." Amber smiles.
When they got to the restaurant, it was not too full; it was really quiet and nice. They both got there, and the waiter asks, "A table for two?" They both reply, "Sure." They got to their table, they sat, and they ordered. While waiting on their meals, Amber asked, "I know you do not want to talk about it, but what kind of wedding are you going to have? Like colors, bridesmaid dresses, maid of honor colors.
