"Hana! Come on we're going to be late!" My mum called.
I squealed to myself. For the first time in four months I was going to reunite with my boyfriend Chandler. I made a huge effort today, combing my hair, applying thicker mascara. The plan was to pick him from the airport and go to the beach.
"Hana! Seriously." My mums tone was sincere.
"Coming!" I yelled, running out the room grabbing my mini duffel bag in the process. My mum was at the bottom of the stairs, swirling her car keys round her finger impatiently.
"Excited?" She asked as we drove off.
"God mum, you don't even know!" I beamed.
It only took thirty minutes to get to the airport. The worst bit was waiting as a flurry of passengers flooded in. Just not Chandler.
"Where is he?" I asked, looking around.
"I'm sure he'll be here any minute now, Hana." Mum replied. Words of wisdom.
I screamed as Chandler's face came into view, and ran up to him. He caught me as I jumped into his arms, both of us laughing hysterically.
"I've missed you so bad!" I said.
"I've missed you too, babe." He leaned in and kissed me. I missed that so bad, the way our lips fitted together and the sweet taste as fireworks blew up around us.
"We better go, my mum is waiting for us." I said and Chandler picked up his suitcase and held my hand with his free hand. We walked to my mum and she was smiling at us.
"Look at you guys. So cute." She turned and walked. "So who's up for the beach?"
"Me!" I chirped. Chandler copied making me giggle.
We got back into the car, both of us sitting in the back, hands still entwined. I missed this so much. Times like this was precious as most of the time Chandler was filming for The Walking Dead and I did the occasional film. I had Rebel coming up soon.
To prove my point, I placed my head on Chandler's shoulder.
We were Chana.
