"look i don't want to be single i  just wanna be married again" ross complained. his ex-wife carol had just moved her stuff out of his apartment. she had found out she was a lesbian and well, i guess you can finish the puzzle. the doors of central perk slammed open as a beautiful woman bustled in, wearing a gorgeous white and flowy wedding dress. my eyes were drawn immediately. well, everyone's eyes were drawn. it's not everyday that you see a wet bride run into a coffee house. but, i'm pretty sure i was looking at her in a different way to everyone else. she was beautiful. "and i just want a million dollars!" chandler said sticking his hand out to face the door, waiting for a bag of money or something to walk in. i laughed at him and rolled my eyes. "oh god monica hi!" the girl said in relief as she approached monica and hugged her. they know each other? "everybody, this is rachel! rachel this is everybody there's phoebe, joey, chandler oh and you remember my brother ross?" monica introduced her to everyone "sure sure!" rachel said smiling and going over to him. "oh and that's y/n!" monica said pointing to me. i smiled as i put down my coffee mug. rachel stopped as she looked at me. "you okay?" i said laughing. "oh! yeah sorry..." she said laughing nervously and sat down. shit did i mess it up already?  i admired her for a little while as she told the story of how she ended up here and how she left her fiance at the altar.

she finished her story and chatted to monica. i guess they knew each other in high school. joey hit me on the arm 3 times with the back of his hand saying quietly "oooo someone's got a little crush" "you're such and asshole" i laughed at him and batted his hand away. "i mean to be fair she is hot" he said looking her up and down. "joey!" i said like a  preschool teacher. he was right. she was the most beautiful woman i'd ever seen but i wasn't going to let anyone else know that.
