Zacian woke up when he got information sent from him through a telegram. Zacian read it. It read: "Come invade Poland with us, push to Warsaw." Zacian got out of his small cabin in a sub-urban area, outside of Bautzen, Germany.
Zacian gathered up with his fellow soldiers as the commander showed them the tactics. Soon enough, the invasion began and Poland fell quickly. The commander, being very confident, brought his army to invade the French. This army, encircled Paris and practically led to the French retreat. Zacian had gotten several dozen kills, being one of the best German soldiers for the Axis side.
Zacian then fought in many other invasions like the one against Yugoslavia, Greece, and even fought in Egypt.
1 year later
"So, you see we are going to invade the USSR," said a top German commander. (Sie sehen also, wir werden in die UdSSR einmarschieren)
"Are you sure, that won't end up well," replied Zacian.
"The Fuhrer, Hitler said to do so! We must not let down our leader!" said the commander. (Der Führer, Hitler sagte dazu! Wir dürfen unseren Anführer nicht im Stich lassen!)
So then it happened, Summer of 1941, the men buildup increased rapidly. Zacian would be fighting on the frontlines against the Soviet Union.
