Wolves control states, Forks, Washington is under control by Jacob's pack, what about the others?

In Arizona, the Jones pack way out in Tombstone decide to send their Alpha's son to visit forks. With interesting results.

I.E: Gay vampire meets a gay Wolf, two Oc's in the Twilight universe.

This is in no way a serious story it's a drip pan for ideas I have.
