minsung part 1-Han's asthma

It was a beautiful September day, and Han and Lee Know were taking a walk in the park. Lee Know had known that Han had had asthma for a while, so he didn't forget to bring his inhaler. They both thought that Han would benefit from some fresh air.

The leaves from the trees flew down like liquid gold; Han and Lee Know could hear the leaves crunching like biscuits beneath their boots. The park was mainly quiet and very tranquil; they could hear the rushing of a stream, the barking of a dog and the quacking of the ducks in the lake. As they walked, hand in hand, by the side of the stream, Lee Know said, "Han, are you feeling ok? Let me know if you need anything, we can take a break anytime." Han replied softly, "Hyung, I'm alright~" and gave his hand a small stroke. They kept walking until Lee Know saw an ice cream parlor, around 150 yards ahead. "Han, race you!", he exclaimed excitedly, and he ran off towards the shop. "Lee Know- wait-" Han muttered, but Lee Know was already far ahead. Han tried to catch up, but he soon found himself out of breath. He doubled over coughing and fell to the ground.

"Han? HAN!", Lee Know yelled, running over to Jisung. He knelt on the floor and put the inhaler to Han's mouth. "Han-I-I'm sorry-" he mustered, as Han gasped for breath. He pressed down on the inhaler and counted to 30, and repeated, "Hannie, breathe, please, I'm here..." Eventually, Han's breathing started to slow down and Lee Know helped him onto a bench. "Honey-I'm so sorry-I think I forgot..." Han smiled softly and leaned on Lee Know's shoulder. "It's alright. I think we should go home," he half-whispered. Lee Know nodded and motioned for Han to climb onto his back, which he did willingly. Han soon fell into a deep and undisturbed sleep.

"Han? Lee Know? How was your walk?" asked Bang Chan. A worried look appeared on his face once he saw the state that Han was in; he looked pale and his breathing was irregular, but better than before. Bang Chan, Seungmin and Hyunjin rushed to Han, and helped to move him to the sofa, where they covered him with a thick blanket. "What happened?", Seungmin asked, stroking Han's hair out of his eyes. "I-Han and I were in the park, and..."Lee Know blinked hard to keep his tears in; he felt so bad after what had happened. "It's alright, don't feel guilty or anything. Han was prone to having an attack from the start," Hyunjin said reassuringly. Lee Know hang his coat up and walked over to the sofa where Han was lying, and put his head on Hyunjin's lap. "I-I saw an ice-cream parlour, and-"

"ICE CREAM?" Changbin yelled, running into the dining room. Everyone erupted int laughter, but it didn't last for long; Changbin frowned when he saw Han and immediately rushed to his side. "Hannie? Guys, what happened to him? Is he ok?" Everyone turned to look at Lee Know, and he muttered, "Well, I said that I would race him to it. I guess I forgot about his asthma, because he had an asthma attack soon after I started running..." Bang Chan smiled at Lee know and said, "It's alright. We'll just have to be more careful with him next time." They helped to carry Han up to his room, where he slept until the next morning.
