5 : embrace

A week rolled down the horizon and you were working very well and yeah your boss looked quite impressed by your professionalism in work. Impressed to the sense he praised you for helping him out in the presentation.

But that doesn't change the fact that you would not bicker with him every now and there.

He had fun teasing you and you were no less in retorting back to his sarcastic comments in the most sarcastic way. Today he called you in his office during the lunch break and you felt like to punch his head. Because why not? Is lunch break the time to call for work?

You scoffed mentally and entered his office only to see him engrossed looking at his computer screen. He was typing with his long slender fingers and you had to cough a little to divert your attention from his fingers. This man was indeed the definition of perfection!

Your cough caught his attention as he looked at you this time. "You called me?" You asked to which he replied with a nod. "Yes I have something important to tell you. Please take a seat." He said in his deep voice, the one which suited his bossy aura.

"I have been looking at your progress at work and I must say you are doing a really good job." Hearing this made you jump around mentally because your boss, the KIM TAEHYUNG was complementing you. "I'm glad sir" you said with a little smile.

"So...the reason I called you was to ask if you would like to be my secretary." He cleared his throat stating further, "My current secretary is retiring soon and so I have to search for a new secretary. I see the capability of you becoming one"

"It's ok if you don't wan-" "Oh hell yes I want to be!" You exclaimed which made him chuckle. You wanted to learn new things at work and this chance was definitely the perfect one for you. He nodded at you and joined his hands together.

"That's great! You will be emailed your new schedule soon. All the best." He said forwarding his hand you shook your hand with his with a nod. "Thank you" you said.

He retorted his hand back and grinned at you suddenly. "Now that we have discussed work, I would like to enlighten your soul with the news that you can go have your lunch." You widened your eyes in embarassment and he laughed at you.

"See it's no big deal. Everyday I watch you running away to the cafeteria as soon as its lunch break and I assume you are hungry!" Hearing this you rolled your eyes and said. "Thank you Mr. Kim for your permission to let me go. I'm grateful!" You smiled sarcastically and went away.

The man just chuckled at your obvious behaviour.

"Hey Y/N!" You were on your way to cafeteria when you heard Jimin calling you. You turned back to look at him who was smiling at you which you returned. He was so fun to talk with and you got along with him very well. "Hey what's up!" You exclaimed.

"Nothing just thinking about you." He said with a small smirk to which you laughed. "Don't you have works to do Mr. Park?" He giggled looking at you. "I do but you are an exception." He said to which you gasped. Man's flirting skills are no joke.

"I was going to the cafeteria as well. Heard we have kimchi fried rice today!" He exclaimed with joy and you danced side to side. "What are we waiting for! Let's go then." You said and he flicked your forehead. Your gaze fell on his hand and noticed something similar.

"Hey look! You have the mole at the same place as me. We are twinning woah" you said. "Yeah I have noticed it as well." He said with a smile.  "Besides that too,  we have many similarities don't we?" He asked and you nodded. "Soulmates" you stated with a laugh and went away to feed your grumbling stomach with him.
