It doesn't take that long before the car is back at Seokjin's house, however, it does take long before Seokjin comes back to let me out of the trunk. By the time he arrives I was almost starting to think I'd be stuck here for the rest of my life. I sit up as soon as the he opens the door and I realize my body is sore from lying here for so long.

"I thought you'd left me here to die," I say as he helps me out.

"I got caught up trying to distract my parents. I had to eat dinner with them and wait until they were both fully asleep before heading out here again. Getting caught now would mean the end for both of us. They'd kill you and I'd be placed under house arrest until I'm 80."

He has a point. We hurry to collect the stuff we took from the university and run with it back to the shed. We drop it onto the old dresser and while I'm going through what kind of things he picked out, I notice him looking at my camera with curiosity. Or rather: he looks at Taehyung's camera.

"Where did you get that?" he asks. "It sure came in handy back there."

"I found the one who had taken the photos of us. Turns out it was a kid hiding up on the mountain."

He makes a weird face at my explanation.

"It's true," I continue. "Even weirder is that he'll be one of our friends in the future."

"Seriously? What's his name?"

"I think it's best if I don't tell you that. Don't want to ruin your perception of him forever. Because you want to see the pictures in here, don't you?"

"Are you kidding? Of course I want to see! You said you had photos of the teacher too, right?"

"Oh that was just me faking it, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are pictures of him here. That kid has been photographing just about everything you can think of."

Seokjin sits down next to me on the futon and we start looking through the photos together, starting with the ones I took of the teacher.

"You have to delete that one," Seokjin says, and he's referring to the one of him and the teacher together.

"Don't worry, I'll delete all the photos eventually. Although... maybe we should send this one to the police? It could clear us of all suspicion." I show him the photo of the teacher unlocking the safe for the oxygen tank and he nods in agreement.

"Yes, the word about the theft will spread eventually, and we might as well throw him under the bus. He's a piece of shit either way."

"Glad we agree on that."

We continue looking at the pictures. There are a lot of them, so we sit there for a while. We laugh, cringe and make up stores about everything we see. We both know a lot of the people and finding out about their secrets is a little jarring but also fun. Who could've guessed that the grandma next door had a thing for the mailman?

Eventually we reach the last picture and Seokjin makes a sad little sound. He's sitting very close to me, to the point where he's even hugging my arm. I didn't notice until now. I was too caught up having a good time.

"It's a shame that it's over," he says. "I wanted to see more."

"Yeah, but all nice things must come to an end. We should print the picture and then destroy the camera. The parts inside could be useful."

"Seems like a waste, but if you say so. I should go talk to Namjoon again tomorrow. He said he would give me the blueprints. That way we'll know how to actually put the machine back together."

I pause for a second and give him a questioning look.

"Hold up, did you just say blueprints?"

He looks up at me with big eyes while still clinging to my arm.
