Part 1:

A girl is sitting in front of the mirror, dressed like a bride as if she is getting married. But there is sadness in her eyes, and tears fall as she recalls what her husband said.

Flashback:

Boy: Look, let me come straight to the point. I did this marriage only for my parents and I love someone else, so, don't accept anything from me as a husband and never show me this ugly face ever.

Girl: Gets hurt after listening to the boy and nods her head. She takes her stuff and goes out of his room and puts her stuff in the guest room.

(Boy= Karan Kundera, a big businessman, rude, with a lot of attitude, loves his family, hates marriage because he thinks marriage depends on someone)
(Girl= Tejasswi Prakash, a simple and sweet girl, a school teacher, bubbly and chirpy and believes in soulmate)

Six months later:

Teja and Karan have been married for six months. There is no improvement in their relationship during this time. In these six months, Teju has formed a beautiful relationship with Karan's family and everybody adores her.

Teju has performed every duty of a wife in these six months, hoping Karan will accept this marriage, but she got disappointed.

On the other hand, Karan is immersed in work and has no time for his family.

Karan's family:
Mother= sweet and caring lady, always hopes her family stays together, treats her daughter-in-law like her own daughter and is hurt that her husband forced her son into marriage.
Father= strict and disciplined person who treats his daughter-in-law like his own daughter and feels guilty for forcing his son into the marriage.
Karan's younger sister & brother (Aarav and Kriti)= are the life of the family and share a sweet bond with their sister-in-law.
Dadi= strict and dominant person, hates Teju because she thinks her grandson is away from the family due to a forced marriage.
