Your name is Nurse Mel, though most of the patients have taken to calling you Nurse Music. Why? Most of them know your condition, or well, how you deal with your condition. You had been diagnosed with schizophrenia as a child. You can remember clearly, that the only time the visions and voices would stop, was when your mother would start the record player. You would smile, and the symptoms would go away.
This caused you to be homeschooled until college, where you went for your medical degree. You never talked to many people or had many friends, which you were okay with. You rather be somewhat sane than have to be stuck in a building where you were treated like these patients. In fact, you were one of the few who treated these patients like actual human beings. You and the one nurse that had the habit of visiting your multiple personality patient. Which you didn't mind in the slightest, you probably should tell them to make their visits less frequent, or they may end up getting caught.
Of course that doesn't mean all the nurses are bad, they just don't really care. They really just wanted to get paid. Which of course was understandable, grocery prices were starting to go up, the economy was falling apart. Honestly, everything that could go wrong, was probaby going wrong.
Then again, you didn't know. You were just a lowly nurse at Mayhaven Asylum.
