Let me save you | Khaotung First

chapter 1

Rangers and neighbours

Today is an exciting day for Khaotung, he was able to hang out with a couple of his co-stars and friends while doing funny activities and challenges. School Ragers is one of the fun small series they film with some actors. 

Together with Nanon, Ohm, Tay, Mond, Sing, Krist, Chimon, Drake, Frank and Leo. they were shooting the new season of School Rangers. 

The first time Khaotung joined, they welcomed him with a lot of pranks, making him do all kinds of crazy stuff. Now his second time he knew what to expect but also he didn't. 

This time Nanon was the host and they did a sort of military boot camp. Climbing,  jumping, trivia questions to a red light green light version. 

Also, they had activities in the river, Khaotung was hanging on round cylinder objects to get to the other side of the platform as it zipped line over the river. He was doing well as he made it halfway but he started to get tired and slipped letting himself fall into the water.

He gave up as the others were laughing, covered in mud he made his way back, gasping for air as he lay on the ground. Tay and Nanon dragged him out of the water as their laughter echoed around them. His whole face covered, he was barely recognisable. 

"Are you alright?" Mond asked as he approached, trying to hold his laughter. "What happened back there?"

"I give up, I'm so tired" he replied, panting as he tried to speak. While trying to catch his breath from laughter and exhaustion he got up with Nanon's help. He looked into the camera and gave his thumbs up, smiling. 

As the laughter calmed down it was someone else his turn. Tay screamed the whole zipline throughout he clung onto the cylinder as much as he could but in the end, he also slipped and fell. 

The cylinder spun around so it was hard to hold onto it. Mond tries and falls right away giving it a second chance but also falls down halfway, again. The cylinder was getting slippery with the mud from the others. 

Chimon tries it and manages to make it, making everyone cheer excited. Krist also made it but he lay on the platform like he just fought a battle, his head spinning as he tried to get down from the platform. 

As they finished with the ziplining they tried to climb a wall, they worked together to climb it as Nanon commanded them like soldiers. With his whistle and sunglasses. He wore an army outfit, he was really into his role at this point. Making the others laugh. He tried to hold his laughter as well. 

Eventually, they moved on to the last course until they finished the parkour. The following day they will film something easy as they stay in the studio. But for now, everyone was exhausted, covered in mud and laughed their asses off. Joking with one other. 

When they were finished Khaotung and the others took a well-earned shower before departing. There were a lot of pictures popping up on social media as the group took a selfie covered in mud, making fans excited and laugh. 

"Here we are" his manager spoke, smiling at him as he thanked her. "Don't forget, on Monday we continue filming the series, I gave you the weekend off since you worked so hard. So till tomorrow" the managers drove off as Khaotung waved her goodbye. 

He turned around to walk to open the front gate as he heard his neighbours argue, again. 

Luckily Khaotung doesn't hear their screams from his house, only when he's outside. The other neighbours don't seem to care much about the noise, minding their own business. He enters the front door and is greeted by his cats. 

"hey guys" he bent down and stroked their furry heads, scratching under their chins before he heard the commotion escalate next door. The sound of glass breaking and a loud bang echoed as it soon was followed by a female voice, shouting someone's name. 

"First! First! come back!" 

Khaotung walked to the backyard, curious about what the heck is going on. As he heard the woman scream, soon a male voice was heard as he stopped her from screaming the name. Khaotung swore he heard a smack like she just got hit. But he couldn't see what happened and it could be something else. 

He shouldn't make assumptions based on what he hears. He tries to shake it off as he walks back inside. Hearing the bushes ruffle behind him he quickly turned around. As he did, he saw an arm peak through the bushes, startled that someone was in his garden he quickly locked the door. Looking at the bushes the person in it disappeared.

Khaotung heard the neighbours all day, arguing and screaming as his window was open. He thought he didn't hear them from his house but he was wrong. Annoyed he told the situation to his manager, she said that she would look into it and if Khaotung had evidence or concerns about domestic violence, that he should report it to the police, no matter what. 

Khaotung couldn't sleep so he walked downstairs to get a glass of water. As he stood in the kitchen with a cup of water he saw something move in the corner of his eyes, he jumped up as he soon saw one of his cats walk over. Startled he let out a chuckle, stroking the cat's back. 

"you made me jump little guy" he spoke, trying to calm down as he was on edge. The cat purred as he wanted to cuddle with him. Khaotung sat down at the table as the cat was in front of him, enjoying his touch as he rolled over on his back, exposing its belly. 

The yelling and screaming finally stopped, making Khaotung sigh relieved. It was midnight and Khaotung could finally sleep. Tired he feels his eyelids get heavy. He started in front of him towards the garden. 

To his surprise, he was staring at the silhouette from before, now facing him, Khaotung blinked a few times as he was unsure what he was looking at. But when he opened his eyes clearly, the silhouette was gone. 

Confused, Khaotung dismissed it as he thought it was just all in his head. He made his way back to bed, drifting off into a deep sleep, his cats snuggling with him in the bed.
