𝒯𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝒲𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝒶 𝒫𝑜𝑒𝓉

"Kiyochi, I said I was sorry!" Hybrid whined, attempting to catch up with his friends dramatic stomps. She simply ignored him and continued to walk back to her palace. "It's not my fault she randomly disappeared when I found you." He said, blocking her way. The princess stopped in her tracks and glared up at him. "But, she was so pretty! How could you make me lose a goddess like that who was RIGHT. IN. FRONT. OF. ME!!" She shrieked, hitting him with every beat.

Wincing as he rubbed his arm, Hybrid sighed. "Okay, okay, how about this." Kiyochi, who by now, was glaring daggers into his soul, stopped her attack. "Your Highness is listening." She said, raising a brow. The tall brunette nodded and continued. "Why don't we come back here tomorrow and see if we can find her, hm?" He suggested, hoping she wouldn't continue to injure him.

The princess, still fuming, took a few deep breaths, considering his idea. Finally, she placed her hands on her hips. "Fine, she can't be far, anyway." She said, agreeing.

"And where have you two been?!"

Now both Hybrid and Kiyochi stopped in their tracks. Slowly turning around, Kiyochi awkwardly smiled at her advisor. "Lady Daphne, is that a new haircut?" The advisor only rolled her eyes and ushered them both inside the palace, rambling on about the Dukes Kiyochi were supposed to meet today.

Kiyochi tiredly plopped herself down onto her bed, letting out a chorus of exaggerated groans. "Why do I have to sign so many fucking treaties I don't even know about.." She muffled into her pillow. Her ladies in waiting felt for the princess, but at the same time, her complaints amused them. Chuckling softly, a tall, blue haired beauty, going by the name of Juliet, patted Kiyochi's head softly. "Your bath has been prepared, Your Highness, whenever you're ready." She prompted, before going to fetch her nightgown.

Though tired, the brunette longed for a bath. Rolling out of bed, she walked slowly into the bathroom, where she was silently assisted by her maids. As they worked, Kiyochi could not stop herself from thinking about the lady in the forest. 'I wonder if she's even from here...' Kiyochi thought before sighing softly, allowing her mind to wander.

As she was brought to her bed, Kiyochi struggled to keep an eye open as she was tucked in. Hearing a small 'Good night, Your Highness', she slightly nodded and drifted off to sleep.

Familiar dark curls came in view of Kiyochi's mousy eyes. The princess widened her eyes as she stared at the mystery lady hovering above her. Though Kiyochi's mouth fell agape, no words would come out, leaving her to only gaze at the ravenette. 

Her surroundings were walls of nothingness, merely fields of pitch black drawing closer and closer, eating her up silently. The darkness didn't bring an a feeling of dread to the princess, in fact, it felt quite numbing, neither in a good way or a bad way.

The aura the black haired girl released was intimidating, the same way she felt when they met for the first time. This encounter though, somehow felt stronger. 'Who...are you...?" She finally let out. The lady, her expression aloof and flat, tilted her head slowly and muttered something just above a whisper. "...𝓣𝓱𝓮 𝓢𝓸𝓵𝓭𝓲𝓮𝓻..." She answered, before she was whisked away into the walls of dusk.

"..yoUR highness...YOUR HIGHNESS!!" With a quick yelp, Kiyochi sat up at once, her breath heaving up and down at a rapid pace. Surrounding her bedside, were her ladies in waiting, some worried, while others were confused. Juliet placed the back of her hand on the princess's forehead. "Are you all right, Your Highness?" She finally asked. The adolescent heir, in a daze from what had just happened, nodded steadily as she looked up at Juliet.
