The next morning Rocky opened his eyes and saw his Shona sleeping like a baby in his arms. He kissed her forehead and glanced at the time it was past eight, he slowly got up and got dressed up and went down to meet his sister and dadi sitting in the living room. He slipped into the kitchen without grabbing their attention and rushed into the kitchen, prepared a glass of orange juice, and tried to rush back to his room unnoticed but he heard his little devil sister making some fake coughs to gain his attention.

 He smiled sheepishly at his sister and dadi and rushed back to his room to find his wife still sleeping. He kissed her forehead, "Shona baby gets up nah, I have brought juice for you." He cooed. Reena slowly opened her eyes and Rocky helped her to sit up, he carried her to the bathroom and helped her brush, bathe and wear some loose salwar. He made her drink the juice and he whispered into her hair, "Shona, are you in pain?". "Yes a bit sore." Replied Reena snuggling into him. He helped her down the stairs to the dining table and made her sit, luckily there was no one at the table as everyone had their food while Roeena was in the shower. Indrajit told Reya not to tease the couple often, so she was in her room busy on a call with Rohan.

 After Breakfast, Rocky drove Reena to a hospital and took her to a gynecologist, "Shona she is my friend's wife you can tell her your problems and ask for some medicine for your pain. I'll wait outside" Said Rocky leaving her alone in a doctor cabin, soon a lady doctor came in and introduced herself, "I am Ragini Kapoor." Reena smiled and introduced herself and stated her problems, Ragini took her to the other part of the room divided by a curtain and assessed her and they both came back to the previous place and Ragini wrote down the prescription, "I am prescribing some ointments, gels, tablets and some morning-after pills for you, this will help you feel better." Reena thanked the doctor and came out to find Rocky talking over the phone with someone, she sat next to him. He looked at her and finished his call and turned towards Reena, "Shona, it was Shakthi he is looking after our visa proceedings." 

Reena nodded as Rocky took the prescription from her hand, "Baby, you sit here I'll go, and buy these from the pharmacy." Said Rocky and left to buy the medicines. They drove around the city, had lunch in a restaurant, and returned home by late afternoon. They both had a nap as they were very tired. Rocky sensed that Reena was tired and weak as she slept the moment her head touched the pillow.

Post dinner Reena went inside her room and changed into comfy nightwear and was about to lie on the bed she was back hugged by Rocky. "Rocky I am tired please, I want to rest." Said Reena trying to come out of his hold. "I know baby that's why I am going to give you a massage to relax yourself." Said Rocky carrying her to a mat that he had put for her. He made her lie on the mat, dimmed the room lights, and removed her night gown, leaving her in her undies. He made her lie on her stomach and massaged her lower back and legs with some warm oil relaxing her muscles. He slowly flipped her and massaged her arms and took her breasts and gently massaged them. He took off her panty and dropped some oil on her core and slightly fingered it making Reena moan. He massaged her inner thighs and thighs, and finally, he covered her with a duvet and laid next to her. Reena slept feeling relaxed.
