Part 1 :Why golf?

On most days, when I play golf, I wake up early in the morning and play golf.

Then, I go to work and I play golf at lunch.

Then, I go home and play golf again.

So now, on the weekends, I can relax and play golf instead of going to work and doing something else.

How can you relax during the week and play golf during the weekend?

It's all in the planning.

The last time that I was at the Dallas Country Club, I saw a fellow playing his game of golf.

At this time, the game was the new push - pull and he was doing a real good job.

Of course, it was the old traditional course that I love to play, so I asked him, "What's the difference?"

He said that he liked playing the traditional course because he thought that it allowed him to concentrate more on the game and on the swing.

He said that on the new course, the focus is not as much on the game on the competition.

I was amazed at his answer because that's exactly what it is.

This is why golf is so important to the young folks today.

Golf is just as important as everything else that you do in life, except that you can't remember what you did with a child when you get through with it.

Some of the young kids say that the one thing they want to remember about being a parent is golf.
