Leo wasn't feeling all too good this morning. He still felt sick even though the party was a while ago. He probably shouldn't have drunk as much as he did but he wanted to forget the whole thing. He didn't want to be sober for Mid's lecture on why she was right about the situation and how he should've been careful. As much as he appreciates her protection, it gets a little too overbearing for him sometimes. He doesn't need her hovering over him for every action he does just so he doesn't hurt himself. He finally gets up from his bed. Ignoring the pills left in his drawer, he heads over to his closet. Of course, most of his clothes were dirty, and he didn't have to energy to miracle them clean. He puts on some black jeans and an old crop top blouse he used to wear. He doesn't want to wear it but it's the only shirt he has available. Maybe he should ask Mid for a band shirt to borrow, but he already feels like he asks too much from her so he bears with it. He messes with his curls to make them look tame and presentable. Thankfully, he only has 2 classes today then he could hide away for the rest of the day.
He looked in the mirror one last time. He felt a little confident in this. He just hoped he doesn't get too much attention today. He can't handle talking to anyone else other than Mid. He walks out of his room, seeing Mid making herself a coffee. "Tea today?" she asked him groggily. He nods and gets his favorite mug for her to fill. He goes over to the pantry and looks over the multitude of tea boxes. To the sound of the kettle whistling, he finally chose to get jasmine tea. While waiting for their drinks to set, the two chatted (mostly Mid). She talked about how excited she was for this upcoming football game and how much she was to obliterate the other team. Leo still doesn't completely understand the concept of football or other sports but he feels Mid's excitement from playing them. He'll have to see if he could go to this next game, but the chances of Jones and his friends being there are super high seeing how they're also football players. Mid reassured him to let him know he doesn't have to go if he doesn't want to bump into them. Leo declines, he still wants to support his friend. Mid cursed as she checked the time which meant Leo was also going to be late to class. They both got their things before leaving, still conversing as they walk to class.
Leo waved to Mid as she ran to her English class, leaving Leo to walk alone to his history. It was a short walk but it felt a little weird with the silence of the hall. He made it to class on time, thankfully. He sat behind the only student he knew (barely), avoiding any unwanted stares. Maybe it wasn't the best idea to wear this. This class wasn't the most exciting so he always ends up thinking of other things and letting his mind wander. He heard something about a group project coming up, he'll figure something out seeing how he doesn't have any friends besides Mid. As timid as he is, his reputation of being a partner stealer spread like fire. People were already avoiding him when he became friends with Mid because of her fiery reputation. He doesn't know how the rumor spread, but he ultimately doesn't care for it. He knows he's never going to see these people ever again. He only did it at the party and maybe one other guy but he never broke any relationships as far as he knows. His thoughts were interrupted when a paper was hanging in front of him. It was the assignment for next week's project. The student in front of him had barely noticeable sparkles emanating from him after Leo grabbed the paper. He thought it was a little interesting, but he brushed it off. He got the idea the guy in front of him wanted to talk to him more. Leo doesn't know him too much. He's only seen him in this class so it's not like opportunities are going to drop from the sky. He only knows his name is Robin, but that's his English name. Whatever that means. Before he knew it, the class was over, and he got ready to leave for his next class. As he gets his stuff together, he could hear some other students talking about him. Someone said something along the lines of "I hope my boyfriend doesn't see him. I don't want him thinking a boy is hotter than me." He scoffed to himself. He found it sad that she felt so insecure the sight of a guy in feminine clothing would steal her partner. He gave her a glance and left with his stuff. What makes her think he's going to want her basic-ass man? Leo didn't want to think about it, so he left it alone.
