The sound of glass shattering was heard. “HEY,” a loud yell coming from the same room could be heard as well. “GET BACK HERE!” The scientist shouted. He chased the experiment of his, shouting and yelling. The experiment broke and jumped out of the window.
“I can't believe it.” he said, sighing and walking away. This was the first time an experiment had escaped. The scientist started to think. “was the glass protector covering the room not strong enough?” he thought.
He walked back into his office, trying to think of something new. Then it clicked, he was going to find it. No matter where it went, he would find that monster. No matter what it takes. He walked outside of the lab, locked it up, basically praying no other experiments would leave, and went home.
When he got home, he was extremely stressed out and tired. He didn’t want this to happen. He would've never expected it to happen either. The scientist yawned, and decided to open his journal and write about what had happened.

I've recently started doing these journal entries again, you know that. I'm just keeping track of my experiments. Something very unexpected happened recently. My most recent experiment, D1, had escaped. I don't know what happened. Was it too strong? Did I not make the glass room stable enough? I don't know what went wrong, but I'm going to do whatever it takes to find D1. it will be found, and if the police find and kill D1, I don't know what I’d do. It was a very nice experiment. One of my favorites, too. I hope I find it.
Well, that's all for today. I will keep you updated. Why am I talking to a journal?
Doctor Sal.The scientist had sloppy writing, but all he was doing was writing about the incident, since he hadn't logged anything in a bit (that being two years), and thought this was important. More important than usual.
Sal had hoped he wouldn’t end up writing another thing like this. His experiments were important to him. He placed his journal and pen on his windowsill, the window open. Unaware that the notepad and pen had just fallen out of the window the moment he looked away, he went to sleep, maybe he’ll find D1 tomorrow, before it’s too late. Atleast he hoped so.
The next day, he got up, still not noticing the things were gone, got ready, and began to look for D1. It couldn't have gone far, right? Sal got into his car, and drove away. He might find it along the way.A/N
