Freddy POV:

I looked out my rooms large window as I watched Gregory playing tag with Roxy and Chica he has become rather good at it from past experience.

"Oh darn I almost had him!" Chica complained as she sat down by Monty who had already given up.

"I swear I don't win anything." He said defeated as he watched Roxy chase Gregory, she was determined. Chica got up and walked towards Roxy and stopped in front of her.

" Hun you don't have to catch him it's just a game."

"I know that, I just want him to know I'm the fastest."

As the nagging continued I began to lose focus on them as my eyes drifted across the room landing on the plush Gregory gave me. I stood up walked over bent down and picked it up.

"I miss you old friend." A tear slipped down my cheek as I stared down at the purple plush for a few minutes until heard the door open, and Gregory walking in defeated as Roxy cheered outside. I sat the plush back down and headed towards Gregory.

"So she still won huh superstar?"

"Yeah, I was so close that time." He yawned as he proceeded to head over to his small bed. "I'm gonna go to bed now goodnight Freddy." He stated as he climbed into bed.

"Goodnight superstar." I whispered as I tucked him in. After a few moments a decided to leave him in peace.

As I walked out I noticed my three friends were all crowded around a vent arguing.

"It sounds like a voice!" Roxy proclaimed.

"No it sounds like music." Monty argued.

"Guys stop yelling in trying to listen." Chica pleaded as they quieted down.

"What's going on?" I questioned mostly just hearing their yelling.

"There's a noise coming from the vent." Chica explained.

"Maybe it's wind up music man." I suggested as they shook theirs heads.

"No he's with moon calming down some kids right now." Monty stated as he fidgeted with the vent cover. Eventually Monty got the cover off the vent and he looked down seeing nothing but darkness. " I don't see anything boss man." He said looking up at me as he was crouched by the wall now.

"I'll have maintenance take a look tomorrow, for now go on to bed." I said as they walked off I heard the noise cleared now, it sounded like electric buzzing of sorts. I peeked in the vent but there was only darkness.

"I wonder where it leads." I said forgetting everyone else had left. "Maybe I should ask Gregory he had used several vents to get around that night..." I just stared into it lost in my own thoughts wondering how everything went wrong all those months ago, it's funny how a simple sound can bring back lost memories when you least expect it.

Although Vanessa had already explained what happened to Bonnie it never really gave me peace, Monty is still blaming himself to a degree, but he has tried to distract his mind with games granted he's not the best at them sometimes, but he does try. Vanessa has moved on to work somewhere with less traumatic memories. Gregory still has nightmares of that night but he's getting better.

Although all my friends are fixed and Gregory is comfortable I still can't find peace. I may never find peace but I need to try for Gregory's sake, he's counting on me and I can't sit around in self pity anymore I have something more important. But this thought still lingers in the back of my mind.

"What if he's still here somewhere."
