B sat at the door, waiting for her friends to arrive.
"B? Why are you sitting at the door?" Her mother asked.
"I'm just waiting for my friends, Mom." Her mom stared at her. Then gave her the "really?" face.
"B," She said. "They won't be coming for another hour. Why don't you go feed your birds?"
"Alright." B replied.
B walked up the stairs and to her bedroom. When she was 10, she didn't want to share a room with her sister anymore, so her dad and her grandfather had worked all summer on a bedroom for her. They sectioned off one side of the attic, and made it her room.
She walked over to the bird cage, where her two parakeets, Mako and Mango, were perched up on one of the toys in the birdcage. She gave them food, then sat on her bed. She opened a little case. She took out one of her ocarinas. Her Water Ocarina from the online store, STL Ocarina.
"What should I play?" She thought. She finally decided on Saria's Song from Ocarina of Time. She played:

She put her ocarina back in the case when she was finished, and then got out her MP3 player that her dad got her for her 13th birthday. She decided to listen to Weird Al Yankovic to pass the time. Her favorite song of his was Like A Surgeon. (Song at the title.)
B was just finishing up her last page of homework when her mom called from downstairs.
"B, you friends are here!"
B paused her music and walked downstairs to great her friends.
"B!" Theorphansmaser47, Say die, Dr. Shy, and Livi shouted.
"Hey guys! How have you guys been?"
"Pretty good. You?"
"Yeah, I'm pretty good. Yesterday I went to Dairy Queen and saw L and Ab on a date. And the day before that I saw Ke and Ln on a date at McDonalds!"
"I see ########'# doing well, eh?" Livi asked, smirking.
"Yeah, they're doing pretty well. And they always said that it was never gonna happen."
"I hope they name their kids after us." Theorphansmasher47 said.
"Oh my gosh, Theorphansmasher47!" Dr. Shy said, smiling, giving Theorphansmasher47 a little punch in the arm.
"Owwww, Dr. Shy!" Theorphansmasher47 said in his baby voice.
"You guys are just so funny." Say die said in voice that I can't really describe. All I can say was, it was a Say die voice.
Awhile later, the rest of the group showed up.
"Hey guys!"
"Hey!"
"Leebug, how's Gilda doing?" B asked.
"Oh, she's doing great," Leebug said, as he showed B a picture of his pet fish on his phone, "I finished cleaning her tank before Lemon Drop came to pick me up."
Lemon Drop smiled, "Yeah, I had to wait 10 minutes for him to put Gilda back in the tank."
"Lemon Drop, I think it was more than 10 minutes," Carrot Lover said, "More like 20, lol."
"Hey, I didn't take that long! It's not like you guys showed up, like, 30 minutes early."
"Sure, Leebug, sure." Funnyfreckles said, crossing her arms with a smile.
Brownie Girl just stood there, a blank expression on her face.
"Brownie Girl, what's wrong?" B and Say die asked.
"I..." Brownie Girl stuttered, "I...I forgot to tell Lemon Drop to go pick up Dekuslover486!"
"Oh God, hurry and go get her!" Livi screamed, smiling.
"Lemon Drop, let me borrow your car!" Brownie Girl demanded.
"All right, drive safe." Lemon Drop said, throwing Brownie Girl her car keys.
Brownie Girl sprinted to the car, and drove away. Dekuslover486 didn't live too far away, so she could hurry.
"Alright, I think we're all good! We just need Dekuslover486 and Brownie Girl." Lemon Drop said, getting her dice and character sheet.
"I can't wait to see how the story goes! Will King Oren marry Princess Perela?" Carrot Lover asked, and exited expression on her face.
"I hope! I just think I'd would look so cute! Well, and least in my head." Dr. Shy said.
B laughed at her friends. Like her dad, she didn't really like playing DND with a big group. It was just kinda hard. But, these were her besties, so they'd listen to her. She was sure it would go good.

"We're back guys!" Brownie Girl yelled, opening the door.
"Hey guys!" Dekuslover486 said in her shy voice, which the whole group was quite used to. She and Dr. Shy had really shy voices.
"What up? Did you remember your character sheet? If not, I have a copy" B said.
"Yeah, I got it right here."
Dekuslover486 pulled her character sheet from her little backpack.
"Ok, great! Let's get started! Theorphansmasher47, did you bring your stuff to DM? I got a few things in case you forgot."
"Yeah, I'm really, I just need a barrier. Forgot mine."
"Ok, I'll go get my Dad's."
B went into the family room to get it, and came back after a minute. Everyone was sitting around the table. Well, at least trying to.
"You guys aren't all gonna be able to fit there. I'll get two fold-out tables to put in the family room. Can you guys move a few things in there to make room?" B asked.
Her friends agreed. Theorphansmasher47 had trouble with the baby gate B's family used for keeping their dog, Seymour, out of the family room. B came to help. She lifted the handle, and pushed it open.
"Theorphansmasher47," She said, "It's easy."
"Yeah, I know." He replied.
And so, with everything settled, they started.
