I woke up feeling great, I smelled bacon and ran down stairs. I saw the meat and grabbed the plate. Jess walked in the kitchen and sat at the bar next to me. "I knew that would get you up." She smiled. I looked at the time, noon. "Yeah well you know me, I love bacon." I smiled back. Ryan walked in, he looked at me and grabbed a piece of bacon, I swatted his hand away. He pulled his arm back dropping that bacon. "You haven't changed your apitite." He said. I rolled my eyes at him. Alex came in and smiled at me.

I felt like me, well how I used to be before my parents died, like a family, well almost like family. I looked at the time and ran upstairs, I had to get moving. I put on my knicks tee and some leggings and of course my combat boots. I jumped down the stairs, Ryan rolled his eyes at me, I always did that when he was my partner. I jumped on to the couch and grabbed the remote, most shocking, this one teaches us what not to do with cars. jersey girls, and other stuff. I laughed at how dumb these people were. Alex laughed along, Ryan he just looked at me. I knew that he was thinking about how much I changed, well that what happens, you think you know someone,you grow apart, and the they seem like a different person. Well I wasn't he just was. I looked at him, I saw that he was starting to change back. Jess came in, with Cambri and with some ice cream for me. "Well I was going to go for a nice little run but I guess this works too." I chuckled. Ryan sat in the chair next to the couch I was sitting on. I looked up at him, and took a spoon full of ice cream. Alex looked at us, he smiled. I stook my tong out at him. the home phone rang, Alex answered, he put it on speaker. "Alex, Jessica, Madison, Ryan, and Cambri, you all need to get to the school now." I heard Dan's voice say. "Why now?" Jess asked. "Someone is after Madison's flash drive, and they want to make an exchange." He told us. "For what?" I asked wondering all the things my dear flash drive was worth. "They didn't say, but they said its some hostilities." He said. We all looked at each other.

We got to the school to see Ryan's dad. "How nice of you to make it Madison and friends. But I only asked for Madison and Ryan." He said. I glarded at Ryan's dad. "So if you give me your flash drive I will spare your lives." He said looking at me. "Never in a million years." I growled. "We will see about that." He growled back. He took out a gun, I stood there, Ryan backed up a little. "Madison there is no where to go." He said coming closer. His goons appered around me. And also some around Ryan. Alex, Jess, and Cambri. They had scares of there faces and wore all black. I looked at his dad, "You not going to get them!" I said pulling out my gun. Everyone steped away from me. "Madison, you think you have a choice." His dad chuckled. I looked at him, he looked at Ryan. "I hope you know that Ryan was just playing you, he never really liked you." He smirked. "Madison! Don't listen to him!" Ryan said running to me. I didn't care what is dad said. I pointed my gun at him. He acted fast he shot at the flag pole and sent sparks flying everywhere. He ran in side the school. I didn't let the sparks stop me, I ran in after him. I saw him go in to the libary. I walked in and saw his shoadow heding in the direction of the maze of twist and turns. I followed him. I followed him to the fiction section. He was there waiting for me. "You and me." I growled. He nodded and poiinted his gun at me. I pointed mine at him as well. I heard Ryan come in to the libary. "Think about Ryan, you wouldn't want to be the one who killed his father, do you?" His dad smirked. "And do you want to be the one who killed his friend?" I smirked back. Ryan was gettng closer, I knew he would hate me if I shot his dad. Ryan came up behind me. His dad smiled, well I guess this is it, either AI shot or I die. Ryan looked at me, his dad looked at me and pulled his trigger. I jumped out of the way, Ryan ran for cover. His dad ran out of bullets, seeing a chance for life I grabbed my gun, His dad stopped cold. I looked at him, he pushed over a book self and ran for the door, I ran after him. He ran out of the building and in to a car. I shot at the car tires, bullet proof. Ryan came out with Jess, Alex, and Cambri. "You will get him next time." Alex said putting a hand on my back. My phone, beeped, unknown, I showed the phone to them, it was a picture of me and my parents, but there faces were crossed out with a big red X and mine circuled.
