I deleted your number off my phone

It is no longer with you where my heart calls home

There wasn't any point keeping those digits

It wont matter due to the memories along with it

I fought the urge day and night

Not to call you when in fright

Missing your voices I craved to hear

Knowing it if I heard it I would end up in tears

One down one to go

There's still a picture of is in my phone

Deleting that would be the last of your memory

Maybe then it could finally clearly see the damage you've done to me

There would be footprint not even a trace

But the memories of use will never erase

It's a part of my history part of my past

Something I wish I could move on from fast

There will always be that part of me that wish you stayed

But the other part is relieved from the stress to me you gave

The pills and the whiskey are never enough

But they keep me high like nicotine filled snus

It's always been between me and my past

Wishing I could move on or at least have a chance

I kill that side of the me that still feels

Where the beast takes it's place tattered a frilled
