Vanitas despises physical touch even when someone accidentally touches him he'll get quite uncomfortable in any situation so when noé tried to give him a hug at the end of a successful mission let's just say noé ended up with another scratch on his cheek.

But today was different, this morning it was just noé and vanitas in there little room they share there was a comfortable silence in the air. With vanitas reading a book and noé stroking mur it was nice, until noé had this stupid idea in his head to ask vanitas for a kiss knowing very well he would scream at him saying no and possibly laugh at him, that would be humiliating.

Your probably wondering why noé would even think about asking a question like that to someone like vanitas well it's because noé has a little crush on vanitas he figured this out because he went to domi for advice to stop this aching feeling in his chest whenever he sees jeanne and vanitas together but domi just laughed in his face and said " noé your just jealous and probably have a little crush on vanitas." That left noé a little confused trust me. And noé had never kissed anyone so he wondered what it would feel like but he wasn't just going to kiss any random person like vanitas, he wanted it to be special with someone close to his heart.

So he gathered up the courage and asked vanitas these exact words that disturbed the comforting silence "vanitas would you kiss anyone who asked you to?" This question left vanitas very confused but he answered "uh of course not are you stupid." Noé tilted his head confused because vanits had randomly kissed jeanne when they just met so he asked "but you kissed jeanne when you first got the chance to talk to her" vanitas sighed "noé have you ever heard of true loves kiss or love at first sight" noé nodded his head up and down as vanitas started saying "well that how I felt when I saw jeanne" there it was again that aching feeling in Noe's heart this time he understood why it's happening, he wanted to be the person that vanitas loved he hated when vanitas talked about jeanne he wanted to be vanitas true love. He was jealous so he asked "vanitas would you ever kiss me?" Vanitas blushed "HUH! WHY WOULD YOU ASK THAT KIND OF QUESTION" Noé answered "well I just thought maybe we could try" vanitas stood up and started walking up to noé very embarrassed, the truth is vanitas also has a crush on noé his little secret is once he told noé he was going to buy more books but instead he went to domi for advice with noé.

But as I was saying vanitas kept walking slowly towards noé very embarrassed but once he was infront of noé he took his face and slowly leaned in and took noés very first kiss they felt like it had happened in slow motion it felt amazing for the both of them. Then the finally separated as it felt like that kiss had lasted for years vanitas looked to the side insanely embarrassed and noé was looking at the beautiful person infront of him mesmerised by his beauty his cheeks flushed to.

But as the time passed vanitas decided to climb into Noe's bed and then they both drifted to sleep.
