I walked back into the room and gabby was playing with her fingers which was something she only did when she was upset, nervous, or afraid. I sat on the bed beside her. She continued playing with her fingers not even looking at me.

"I just got a call from marques, and.." I stop. And ATS when our eyes meet. "He said you ratted him out" I said. "About what? Drugs?" She asked. "Yea, I told him you couldn't have you were here with me" I said trying to reasurre her

"I know it wasn't me, but why would they think that?" She asked. I didn't have an answer for her so I stayed quiet. "They say they are coming for us" I told her. She looked at me. "Why is my life so difficult?" She basically yelled.

Gabby p.o.v.

Damien just told me that his drug dealing buddies are after us because they assumed I snitched on them. How am I posed to react besides freaking out.

I just found put that my parents aren't my real parents and that I'm gonna be hunted down. The only thing I thought to do at that moment was call my parents.

Gabby: hello

Mom: hello

Gabby: I need you and dad to fly down here and her me right now, I mean NOW!

Mom: why what happen? Are you okay? Are you hurt, pregnant, injured?

Gabby: no, some of Damien friends are going come after me

Mom: what the...what you mean? Why?

Gabby: they think I ratted them out bought selling drugs

Mom: oh my gosh, Damien sells drugs? Never mind me and your dad are coming down there on the next plane

She hung up before I could finish talking. I pressed the end button and I met eyes with Damien. I gave him a look. "What?" I asked. "Why would you do that?"Damien asked "do what?" I asked. "You just told your mama everything, you just blurted it out" he said

"Did I really have a choice?" I asked. But I kept talking. "Why would I stay in a place where ey can find us?" I asked.

"You know what, you are so self fish" he said. My mouth dropped open. I shook my head. "No i am not, I care about people" I said. "Yea you do, but you put yourself before EVERYTHING, I MEAN EVERYTHING" He said again. Everything he was saying I was not agreeing with.

While he was talking danyella wheeled herself in the room. She had the biggest smile on her face. I smiled back knowing what she was fit to say was going make me smile anyways. "I'm so excited to get out of thus thing, to finally walk, and I would have been terrified to go by myself, but now that you are go in with me its going be so much better." She said.

"Oh about that, I'm going be leing soon, and i won't be able to make it to your appointment" I said. Her smile quickly faded. "What? No, you have to come, you promised. You promised" she said. I heard a crack in her voice. And I walked over to her, I wrapped my arms around her but she pulled away.

She wheeled out the room but bepfre left the only thing she said was. "You promised" I could hear the hurt in her voice.

" See what you done? She has trouble trusting people after our mama told us she was going to the store and never came back, and she trusted you and you just let her down" Damien said. Before walking out the room.
