Gaara x Reader • Gaara's Basement

Gaara was taking a walk in Suna when he suddenly got called into Kazekage's office.

Gaara was angry before but meeting his father made him even more mad.

He angrily stomped his way into Kazekage's office and almost broke the door when he opened the office.

His father was already waiting there secretly reading the diary of a wimpy kid.

When he saw that Gaara opened the door he quickly grabbed the diary and threw it out the window.

Gaara was slightly confused by his father's actions but didn't mind what he did.

After Kazekage calmed down from the sudden shock of Gaara discovering that he was reading the diary of a wimpy kid he sat down at his table and crossed his legs putting on a stern face.

He then said:

Gaara you are going on a mission which includes taking the chunnin exams as the cover for the mission, is it clear for you?
And I have to add that you are going with Temari and Kankuro.

Gaara just nodded his head

Can I go now?

Yes you can.

Then Gaara walked out from Kazekage's office and angrily slammed the door shut cursing under his breath,walking away.

--timeskip few hours later--

Gaara was cleaning his basement when suddenly someone rang the doorbell

He quickly finished cleaning the basement and went to open his door.

When he opened the door there were two unknown people standing there.

G:Who are you?

Unknown: the Kazekage sent us here to introduce ourselves because we are going to the chunnin exams with you.

Unknown: This is Kankuro and I am Temari said the blonde girl with four ponytails.

Gaara was just standing there thinking if he should let them in but they already made the choice for him and walked into his house laying on the couch.

He then closed the door and walked up to them.

They then started talking about the plan and other things.

After 2 hours of Gaara listening to Temari's unstoppable blabbering about the chunin exams he bid them goodbye and went on his rooftop to watch the stars and moon.
