A view from a level of a cliff I paint, a feel of comfort in my skin I seek. However what I seek is at the peak. Too far to reach.

My eyes follow a lonely cat trying to climb this titan, she does but with every step forward the ground below her cracks and crumbles regardless she trudges her way through, her mind set on reaching the top even if it meant that later she had sleep for eternity later. She soars with speed whilst she made sure that she didn't stay in a place for too long, there are others behind her and a several thousand ahead but she tries not thinking too much of them, but that didn't mean she didn't care about whether she fell or not.For if she did fall, the once looking up to her with wonder and perhaps envy would turn into those looking down at her with pity and abhor.

None the less she persists, surpassing another twenty climbers who were once ahead of her. With each confident step forward, she feels a glimmer of hope that perhaps, just perhaps, she can make it to the top.

But then, with a suddenness that shatters her resolve, she falls. Falling her thoughts mix with the green and the blue.

 Did she do something wrong?

Was she too proud.

Yes. Perhaps that was the reason that the once reachable peak crumbled to throw her into a black ocean to blind her of her ego.

For it seems that was the price to be paid.

Now she shall sleep...
