Chapter 1.

It was summer break. I literally had the best friend group which consisted of Notti(my boyfriend), Dd, Ddot, Keysha and me. Keysha was my bsf on some real shii. My other half fr.

Rn I was on ft with Keysha talking bout her new boyfriend Elias. He a mad weird guy ion know why tho he just has a weird vibe. He texted me once like around 1 year ago talm bout he wanted to be together. Ofc I liked Notti so I just ignored him. But I didn't think much of it. If my bestie happy Ima let her be happy.
I texted Notti sayin he needa hurry get ready cuz we was finna have a sleepover with the whole group. I told Keysha to get ready sooner so she could help me set everything up. She said she was gonna come later cuz her cousins had came for the summer break so she just needed to greet them welcome and go to mines.

I hung up and took a quick shower. I didn't do to much with my hair I just let it be curly. Then I took a casual outfit on. A white top n some pink sweats.

I walked out of my apartment and went to the deli rq cuz I ain't havin a sleepover without snacks tf. I was real excited cuz this was the first time we was gon be together in summer- sice it just started. When I was bouta be home I met notti, dd and ddot on the way home.
I went up to them and hugged them all. Then I kissed notti.

"Wassup dd, wassup ddot." is said while dapping them up.

"Wassup mh." they both said in unison. Then I ran up to Notti hugging him.

"Hi papi how you been I ain't seen yo ass in a while." I said knowing damn well I saw him yesterday.

" hey mama you good? I just saw you yesterday." He said laughing.

"You sayin you don't miss me?" I said mean mugging him.

"Nah I ain't say that I mean you already missin me when we literally face timed 2 hours ago." He said while  walking in the apartment. Dd and ddot be talking they ass of how loud they been.

After I unlocked the door I went in to my room to get my charger. When I walked out I saw ddot already snackin on em snacks I just bought. Dis damn nigga man. I said in my thoughts.

" nigga couldn't even wait on us." I said side eyeing him. I went up to Notti hugging him because these other niggas in here is annoying asf. He just laughed at my facial expressions. 

 "Tf you want you bought snacks and ima eat them for you" ddot said mugging me.

"Dayroom ass" I mumbled. Mugging him again.

We all were watching a scary ass movie when we heard sum.
"Am I tweaking or I heard sum?" Dd asked scared but keeping it cool.

"Nah I heard that shit to."notti said. He walked in my room and took his gun out the little shoe box in my closet just in case it was some opp or smt. He slowly walked up to the door and unlocked it pointing the gun to the persons face. He looked and saw it was just Keysha.

"Nah nigga get yo gun out my face fo you kill me w that shi" She said backing up a little. I walked up to the door and saw Keysha.

"KEYSHA BESTIEEEE" I said opening the door all the way and then hugging her tight.

"Bro you scared us all to death." Dd said holding his chest. 

"Wrd2" notti said coming up to her and dabbing her up. She went in to hug Notti but he backed up a bit. She just gave him a weird vibe. Especially when they were alone last time cuz the others went to the deli without them. I just looked at them weirdly before coming up to Notti hugging him.

"Yo i have soda fo y'all" She said walking inside showing the white bag. She placed the sodas on the table sitting besides dd and we all watched the movie.

When the movie finished we all went in my room. We was talking bout sum trip we was finna go to. Or sum idk I was high as a mf. We all smoked a lil especially me and Notti. I was laughing at nun and talking to ddot.

"Yo ddot you been mad distant lately why?" I said getting interested in why this nigga hasn't been hanging out with his best friend.

"Sry mh I ain't mean to shits goin on in the drill scene" he said apologizing.

"Nah it's co" I said reassuring him that it ain't that serious.

After that I just zoned out. Just a week ago my mom died. The police said they hadn't found my moms body. She just vanished and went missing. The last thing I was was video footage of her being kidnapped. The police tryna figure out what happened but they can't seem to figure everything out. I once tried finding it out my self but my pops found out and told me to stop before I get hurt.

It was probably them gangs in New York. She was from New York and lived like me now but in her days it was crazier. Her two friends died to gang violence so she was always careful but this time she wasn't. I just wanted to know what really happened.
Notti wrapped his arms around me when he realized tears started forming from my eyes.

" it's ok lu' they gon find out who did it" he said reassuring me that the police will find the person who killed my mom. It was like he just knew what i was thinking of but then again who wouldn't think it was because of that. 

I let go of notti's hug and went outside for a bit clearing my head. Notti insisted he came to but I said no. I wanted to go alone. I didn't like peoples pity. It made me feel weak and weird. Just the thought of people coming up to me in school about the whole situation feels so weird. Of course i wasn't okay and people needed to understand that I needed space.

I went inside again and made sum to eat. Keysha came in the kitchen and did to. I didn't feel like talking so I just stayed quite. I guess she took the hint and sat at the table eating her food.
When I was done I washed my plate and smoked another blunt. Notti came up to me hugging and kissing me as I gave the blunt to Keysha.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to just leave you like that" I said sorry for leaving them all.

" lu you don't have to say sorry you needed to clear your head and that's it but you needa be more careful" notti said in a serious tone but still understanding.

Notti and me was laying in my bed while Keysha,dd and ddot sat on the small couch I had in my room. We was all watching another movie but more like sum to be in the background while we all fall asleep.
I heard notti snoring lowly under me and the others were knocked out on the little thingy I made for them on the ground. And then I fell asleep aswell.
