They went to Jaden's, he already told his mother who Shizu is, so Olivia welcomed everyone and made some lunch, it was lasagna with Italian cheese sprinkled on it. The Italians were still interested in Shizuka's supposedly unknown ability, she explained to them what Hamon is. They wanted to learn, but it was too hard for her to explain how to use it, so she declined the request. « That's sad to hear, oh wait ! I almost forgot ! This night you're getting my special training. » Rio said, while Shizuka got upset, since she thought she was going to hangout with her friends. Josuke bought her some sports clothes, and the training begun. Rio made her do some quick stretches and warm-ups so that Shizuka was less stiff, and when the training started, Rio's smily face faded away, and had a poker face instead, just like Higashikata how explained to Shizu. And just when Shizuka was about to make her stand appear, Rio kicked her leg, making her fall on her face, several falls later until she was able to call out her stand and turn herself invisible. Rio punched her, turning her visible again, she didn't go easy on her since she learned the hard way growing up. A couple of hits, kicks and slips later, Shizuka finally achieved her new ability, super-speed punches.
