After the walk and conversation with her parents, Samantha felt refreshed and ready for a day without screens.

She made herself a cup of coffee and sat on her balcony, enjoying the peaceful view of the surrounding hills.

She had decided to dedicate Sundays to self-care and to disconnect from technology. She had heard about the benefits of a no-screen day, and she was excited to try it out.

After her coffee, she changed into her workout clothes and headed to the park. She had planned a morning jog to get her blood flowing and to enjoy the fresh air. She loved running in the park, surrounded by greenery and the sound of birds chirping. She felt free and alive as she ran, and the exercise lifted her mood.

After her run, Samantha returned home and took a long, hot shower. She put on some relaxing music and did some yoga stretches, feeling the tension leave her body. She felt grateful for this time she had set aside for herself, to focus on her physical and mental wellbeing.

As the day went on, Samantha listened to her favorite podcasts and cooked herself a healthy meal. She read a book, took a nap, and even tried some new hobbies. She felt a sense of liberation and peace, knowing that she was not being distracted by the constant notifications and distractions of technology.

As the sun began to set, Samantha sat on her balcony again, feeling content and grateful for the day she had spent taking care of herself. She realized that she needed to make this a regular habit and to prioritize her mental and physical health. She made a mental note to incorporate more self-care practices into her weekly routine and to continue her no-screen Sundays.
