Within one week, Creighton was able to learn pretty much all the basic steps. Lady Agatha has also taught him some other steps that go around the ballroom hall just by holding hands, as Creighton's body movement can become a little graceful. There was no music played during the practice.
Lady Agatha was very patient in teaching Creighton the steps, they both laugh when they do mistakes, or when Creighton accidentally steps on Lady Agatha's tip toes.
This was Creighton's first dance. And, for Lady Agatha, her father was her first dance. However, Creighton would be the first man she would dance with.
Butler Donald, carrying Liam with him, as they sat on the chair. Yet, Carrie and Ashley went to watch this time.
"Wow, this is so huge, mother look!" Ashley was amazed.
"Yes, it is." Carrie was amazed too as they both sit on the chair; they brought a snack placed on a trolly table cart with a high tea cake dessert stand surrounded with teacups, tea, milk, and sugar.
"You're a fast learner, Creighton. I am glad" she complimented him with a smile.
"Thank you, Lady Agatha, as long as I could help," Creighton said as he nodded and smiled.
"Now, are you ready to do the proper posture, and take the lead? We will dance with music."
"I think I can do it, Lady Agatha. I will count through my mind, as I follow the music."
"Don't worry, I'll tell you when to start," she said as she went too close to Creighton.
Creighton was stunned.
In his thoughts, "She's too close." he flushed.
Lady Agatha smoothly took both of his hands, "This is the proper posture, Creighton."
She took and held Creighton's right hand, put Creighton's left hand, hold behind her waist, and put her right hand on his left shoulder to hold, as she looked at him in the eyes.
Lady Agatha softly said with a calm face, "Looked at me, Creighton."
Creighton looked at her in the eyes as their faces were up close to one another like almost they are about to kiss. Creighton suddenly felt stiff while holding her and felt embarrassed for a moment.
"Just relax your arms, Creighton, and you will be fine." She looked at him, calmly.
He shyly nodded, "Okay, Lady Agatha."
Lady Agatha looked at Butler Donald to turn on the music. Butler Donald played the gramophone. Carrie and Ashley were watching, and Liam too.
"Are you ready?" she softly said.
"I think I am, Lady Agatha," Creighton said as his nervousness settles, taking the lead as the music plays.
As they dance to the rhythm of the music – ["Until I found you"] in waltz steps.
Step-step-step, as they do the Locomotor movement around the ballroom hall. Creighton and Lady Agatha looked into each other's eyes as they dance. It was a graceful movement as Creighton leads. They both smiled at one another without words but purely the expression on their faces of serendipity, and the eyes that glitters from a milky way. And, to the ones who watched them, Butler Donald with Liam on his lap, Carrie, and Ashley were looking at a piece of Romeo and Juliet with such intimate looks of lovers in pursuit.
As the music ended, Creighton and Lady Agatha let go of each other's hands, as they breathed and perspired yet their eyes couldn't let go of each other.
she tenderly smiled at him, "Well done, Creighton."
Creighton smiled back, "because I have you, (intimately smiled) thank you, Lady Agatha."
Lady Agatha was quite surprised to hear his word but was flattered as she looked like a peony.

The next day, Butler Donald came with a dressmaker to fit Creighton's outfit for the ball party. While Lady Agatha was also with a seamstress on the couch as they discuss what she would wear. Liam on the other hand was playing with teddy on the carpeted floor beside the couch while Ashley watches over him as she prepares the high tea snacks on the table trolley cart.
However, the dressmaker was surprised to see who Lady Agatha is with and who. Tyrone Vincent is a gay and well-known dressmaker in the City of Dale for affluent people.
"Oh my, my... my... this young man is so handsome with a great physique. What is your name?" Tyron asked as he measures him.
"I'm Creighton, Sir." Creighton shyly said as he was standing quite stiff again.
"Lady Agatha, is he the man that I am hearing about?" he curiously asked while Lady Agatha was looking into the brochure presented to her by the seamstress. She felt irritated by Tyrone's discourtesy inside her house. Then, Lady Agatha called his attention looking at him straight in the eye with a resting face. Tyrone felt uneasy with a fake smile.
"Could you please, mind your own business, Tyrone? You're here to get our measurements and not to pry with our private lives."
Creighton was stunned to hear it from her lips.
"Oh my, my apologies, Lady Agatha. I will focus on the measurements, then, what color do you prefer him to wear?" Tyron awkwardly said.
Lady Agatha got up from the couch and walked towards them. As she slightly tilted her head and touched her chin "Hmm, let me see. Black and white are very common, so I want something stable but will outshine his appearance."
"What about Navy Blue Tux, Lady Agatha?" Tyrone suggested while Creighton was feeling a bit awkward yet steady.
"Not bad, simply means trust and stability, I like that. When do you think we can have it as the ball party is in 3 days." Lady Agatha asked as she glanced at Creighton who blushed.
"I will get it done today and bring it in 2 days before the ball," Tyrone confirmed.
"Very well. Let's finish up for today" Lady Agatha said and went back to the couch.
