Not quite sure where to put this so it's going here.

Lemon warning. Proceed with caution. I'll underline where it starts.

The very next morning I got an unexpected knock on my door. My bedroom door. Woke me right up, despite how small and gentle it sounded. Getting up and walking over, I'm immediately blessed by the adorable sight of two sleepy, yet worried looking, baby bones.

"Null, Void, what are you guys doing up so early? Where's Erratum?" Void yawned in his brother's arms, who answered back before answering me.

"Daddy said he was feeling hot. Wanted us out in case we catch." Granny opened her door by then. She probably didn't wake up to us being noisy, it's just her usual wake up time.

"Ok. How about you two go downstairs with Granny while I go check on your dad? That sound good?" He sleepily nodded, Granny picking the two up in agreement. I would not be surprised if he fell asleep on the way downstairs. I backtracked a bit to grab my phone off the charger before setting off on my mission down the hall.

Huh, that's a strange smell. Knocking on the door, there was a slight shuffling coming from the other side.

"Hey, Erratum? Are you alright? Do you need me to get you anything?" I couldn't hear a reply after waiting for a minute. At least, not until I started turning the knob.

"D0n'7 c0m3 1n." His speech was slower than usual, with some heavy panting before and after each word. Despite the staticky-ness of the sentence, it was also smooth and low. Definitely different from his norm.

"Alright I won't come in." Time for the search engine. "Can you tell me your symptoms from behind the door then? It'll help me figure out what's ailing you so we can get you feeling better." Pulling it up, I waited for him to start listing them off.

"... F33l5 h07, 4nd h34vy. 50ul*5 r34lly h34vy. 3c70 b0dy f0rm3d, 17 w0n*7 90 4w4y. C4n*7 570p 5w3471n9." And search.

Oh.

Should have figured he would go into heat at some point. Well now I'm in the middle of the pharmacy at Walmart trying to figure out which heat suppression pill might work better for Erratum. I convinced him to take a cold shower while I was here and set up a couple of fans in the room he and the boys stayed in that first night. Granny just started on breakfast while the boys were taking a nap on the couch. Got a cute photo as I left. They're so cute in their matching pajamas!

Anyways, time to figure out which of these bottles holds heat suppression pills. Why does there have to be so many brands? Nothing in the pharmacy section is ever straightforward.

"I do believe the menstrual pain relievers are a bit further down from that." Hang on, that voice. It sounds almost as dead as….

"Oh hello, Reaper. Hi, Geno. Didn't expect to see either of you this early in the morning during the summer. How's things?" The walking yin and yang looking couple stood not too far from me. Both looked tired, wearing comfortable clothing unlike their usual fit during the school year.

"Decent since when you called me. How the doctor visits go? Work well with the friend you were asking for?" Geno looked especially tired of the two. Not as tired as their daughter holding the cart behind them of course, but he is between the two adults. Reaper has an unfair advantage from the coffee in his hand.

"Pretty well actually. We went to the optometrist yesterday, and he and his family quite enjoyed the visit." Especially with the treats we got after the visit. "Their appointment with Dr Ste isn't for another week. Kinda grateful for that though since Erratum woke up in heat this morning."
