Sherlocks POV.

When I first saw John I loved him. He was perfect, a bit daft, but perfect. Now he lives in my flat, solves crimes with me, and has dated more women than I can count. (43)
All of whom I wish I was. I have so many feelings for John but I don't know how to tell him. I tried once but got nervous and told him the Sherlock was a girl's name. I can't tell him because he'll probably laugh it off or pretend he didn't hear me, then things will be awkward. I could tell him that I deduced he felt the same because of the placement of a stain on his shirt but I can't mess with him like that, if we're going to be together I want him to be happy as well.

We're interviewing a client right now. John acts like he's listening but he's thinking about Rosie, we left her with Molly so we could get some work done.
"Tell me what happened again." John says
"It was a normal day an--" Her voice bores me.
"Skip to the part where you're not having a normal day please, otherwise the door is over there." I'm becoming impatient.
"I walked into my flat, back to my room, and my husband was lying dead on the floor, he looked like he was shot in the head. I ran to the kitchen and called the police. When I walked back to the room to make sure my husband was really dead, because he had done this before but he wasn't really dead that time. Anyway, when I walked back to my room, there was another body beside his that wasn't there before, it was some man I had never seen before. It looked like she had also been shot. Can you help me Mr. Holmes?" She finally finished talking.
"Address?"
"What?" She was confused I don't like confusion.
"The address. What is your flat address. The scene of the crime? Address! Come on!"
John looked startled,
"The address is 473 Duns Lane. Does that mean you'll take my case then?"
"No, I'm asking for the address to put some extra junk in my mind palace. Yes we're taking your case, I need the distraction. Now go, we'll be there in 2 hours, I have other matters at hand. Go on shoo."

Now that she was gone I could clean the brain out of the fridge. But John stopped me.
"Sherlock you're not on drugs again are you?" He sounded concerned, if he was anyone else I would have ignored him, but this was John my best friend.
"What makes you think that?" I stood there innocently.
"The way you snapped at Mrs. Frank." You almost never snap at a client if your going to take their case." He was definitely concerned, he's so cute when he's concerned.
"I'm taking a little, but I checked with Ms. Hudson first, you can ask her she said it was alright to have a little. That's all I had was a little." I hadn't really taken just a little it wasn't a lot but it wasn't as much as told Ms. Hudson.
"Let's try for none next time ok? I wish you would have stayed with the nicotine patches. But no drugs, promise?" He's so cute when he tells me what to do.
"I'm not making any promises." I smiled and walked to the fridge. Ms. Hudson had already cleaned the fridge, that saves me a couple hours.
"Ms. Hudson! What did you do with the rest of my brains?" I had accidently dropped on but had 2 others.
"I threw them out love, I thought you were done with them." Ms. Hudson looked at John.
"Well Sherlock sense you told Mrs. Frank 2 hours and it's only been 30 minutes, want to go grab a bite?" John smiled
"I don't see why not." I smiled back. Bloody hell, he never takes me anywhere unless he needs something and the way Ms. Hudson looked at him it was something important.
