All eyes were on Ying as her little secret had been told.  She goes quiet as if her silence wouldn't confirm what Grandma had said.

Min:[You've been dating someone and you didn't say anything?!]

Ying:[Its not something I would bring up. Besides it's not a big deal...]

Jin:[Ying, dating? Huh, that's something I didn't expect.]

Ying:[Whats that supposed to mean?!💢]

Min walks over and looks at the hairpin Ying had on.

Min:[This was a present? It is beautiful. Is he wealthy?]

Ying POV:He's an alien prince who's parents rule a planet almost twice the size of earth..

Ying: [Something like that... But he didn't buy it... he made it for me.]

Min's eyes light up.

Min:[This was handmade wow! You've got quite a boy under your wing~ ]

Ying POV: You're definitely Mom's sister...

Speak of the devil. Yang walks in the room on her way to the kitchen with a tray of finished dishes. She stops short when she sees the group that surrounded her daughter.

Yang: [What's going on?]

Min:[Yang! You knew Ying had a boyfriend?]

Yang: [Wha? You told them Ying? That's surprising.]

Ying: [Not me...]

Ying glares at her grandma who looked away and turns her attention back to her show. Yang snorts at this.

Yang:[Of course I know. Rintis is a pretty small island. And they're in the same class. Fang is a sweet boy.]

Shin:[...His name is Fang?]

Zhang:[It sounds like a gangster's fake name.]

Yang:[Nope. It's his real name. And it's fitting when you see his teeth. And he's not a gangster. He's a very respectful young man.]

Ying:[Yes he's a very sweet guy. Now can we pls change the subject-]

Min:[Hang on, how long have you known this boy?]

Ying: [We've been in the same class since we were 10! We're in the same friend group.]
