Tartaglia left the desert and made his way back to Sumeru City to send out a letter to his fellow Harbinger.

He's sitting at a table outside of Lambad's Tavern while scribbling down a quick yet presentable letter.

Dear Dottore,

Please consider doing me a favor. It'll make the Tsaritsa happy, if you care in any way.

I'm on a mission where I have to capture somebody, but they wield a Dendro Vision. It's making it hard to succeed when they have avoided me by using their elemental energy, capturing me in a bunch of vines. You're a doctor, a scientist, an experimenter, whatever. I'd appreciate it if you'd make something that could stunt their powers for a while so I can bring them back to Snezhnaya with ease. I know you're capable of doing something like that.

Now, you might be thinking, "What will I get out of this?"

I'll let the Tsaritsa know you helped me a lot. And I'll hand over some mora too, I guess.

I'll also give you my desserts for a week.

I know you got a sweet tooth.

- Childe

Satisfied with his discreet pleading, Tartaglia folds the letter up and puts it in an envelope. He approaches Katheryne, hands her some mora, and says, "Very import letter. Send it quickly, please."

She nods, taking the letter. No words are spoken. Tartaglia wonders if she knows he's a Harbinger.

Not caring whether or not, he turns on his heel and leaves the area.

Observing the map, you almost run into a tree but Yurushi tugs you out of the way just in time.

"Did I almost die?" You ask, not looking up from the wrinkled paper.

"Yup."

It's the middle of the day. The sun is up high and beaming down on the land. And it's awfully hot today, unlike other days.

"If we keep going down this trail..." You mumble, but suddenly your shoe hooks under a root you go flying forward. "Ah!"

Yurushi laughs at you, holding his stomach while your face is planted into the grass.

"Ugh," You groan, getting up on your feet and brushing the dirt off of your face and clothes. Glaring at Yurushi, who's wiping tears away, you say, "Thanks for the help, jerk."

"Anytime."

Moving along, you two take a path downwards, besides a mountain. It's quiet, besides the occasional bird chirps or grunts from hilichurls.

Yurushi smoothly intertwines his fingers with yours, ears heating up as he looks anywhere but at you.

Grinning, you think to yourself how cute he is, shying away at something so simple.

You two keep walking until you find a pot with charcoal underneath. Looks like it hasn't been used in a few days.

"We'll stay here for tonight, I guess." You say, pulling your hand away from Yurushi and setting your bag down.

No tent, just a secluded area with trees and bushes, Yurushi thinks, looking around with his lips in a thin line. It doesn't provide much to hide away, so he's concerned about that.

"We shouldn't stay here too long." Yurushi says, sitting near the pot.

You frown. "But I'm tired."

He shakes his head. "I mean we can stay here for tonight...but as soon as the sun comes up, I want us out of here."
