Chapter 8 ~ His Answers

Selena’s POV

I can’t help but laugh by the way Jason reacts as he turns the pages of the form. He was constantly looking at the page then looks at me wide-eyed then turn the page again and look at me again.

Gulat na gulat siguro siya sa laman ng form na yon. Sabagay kahit ako na hindi binasa ng buo yon eh nagulat din.

Nang matapos na niyang basahin yung 20-page form para siyang namumulang kamatis na ewan. Tapos halos lumuwa pa ung mga mata niya. He was really, really shocked.

He blinked once, twice, thrice. As if he is still absorbing what he had just read. He then slowly looked at me with the expression like, ‘What the hell?’

“What?” I smirked, “sagutan mo na yan. Pag tapos ka nang sagutan yan pwede na tayong magsimula.” I stood up to make myself a cup of coffee.

“Seryoso ka?” naguguluhan niyang tanong sa akin habang sinusundan ako ng tingin.

“Saan naman banda sa sinabi ko ang hindi seryoso?” sagot ko, not minding to look at him.

“P-pero..” nag-aalangan niyang sabi.

“Kung ayaw mo madali lang naman eh. Just get out of this room. That simple.” Then I turned around with a cup and saucer on my hands. Then I continued making a cup of coffee.

“Hindi naman sa ayaw ko. It’s just that… I mean… do I have to answer ALL of the questions written in here?” at binasa niya ulit ung mga tanong.

“Of course! I have to know EVERYTHING. Isa pa, lahat ng tanong dyan importante. Kaya wag ka nang magreklamo at sagutan mo na yan.Magkakape ka ba?” I smiled inwardly, alam kong wala siyang choice kundi sundin ako.

“No thanks. Tubig na lang.” I heard him sigh in frustration. Then I heard my mug of pens on the desk move, meaning sinimulan na niyang sagutan yung form.

I went back on my chair with a cup of coffee in hand and a glass of water on the other.
