Ok, I don't know how to write a good fanfic and let's be honest, I'm not that good of a writer. So here goes nothing. A Blake x Yang fanfic! vote/comment! :3

I woke up late. Than usual this morning, probably because it's the first day school, and everybody, including me, is reluctant to go. I went downstairs to eat breakfast and my parents greeted me with a more, fake smile. I looked at the time. Oh, cheap, I'm gonna be late! I ran out to the bus and made it just in time as the bus screeched to a stop. I boarded along with all of the tired students going to Beacon High. I sat down in an available seat and got out my nook. I held it flat open on my lap so nobody could see it's title. I flipped to the page I had marked last night before I fell asleep and continued with my reading. Every once in awhile, the bus would hit a bump in the road and I would skip a few words. It was gonna be a good day.

I got up extra early this morning, because unlike everyone else, I was excited to go to school. Mainly because my sister Ruby was starting as a freshman this year. She was so smart that she skipped 2 grades in one year. Seeing her at school will be great because I haven't gotten to see her much anymore. I went downstairs to eat breakfast after knocking on Ruby's door. I'd hoped that had gotten her up. With a smile that stretched across my entire face, I started my breakfast. Ruby came down a few minutes later and she looked worn out.
Yang: "why so sad? it's the first day of school" I said happily. It seemed like my happy mood was putting her down.
Ruby: "Yeah, it's the first day of school and you woke me up at the crack of dawn." she said with a frown as she slumped down into her chair and started to pour some cereal from the box.
Yang: "Ah, don't be so down! the day's what you make of it, so if you want it to be a bad day, then be my guest and coninue to frown." I smiled at her, hoping my mood would rub off on her.
Ruby: "Yeah, Yeah.." she said. she still seemed tired and i decided to leave her alone and do her own thing, after all, today was her first day of highschool and the last thing any freshman wants is someone looking over their shoulder 24/7.
I decided to go and get dressed, even though it was still early. I washed my bowl, put it in the dishwasher and headed upstairs with a smile.
Ruby fell asleep at the table and after I got dressed, I saw the time and rushed me and Ruby out to the bus. we'd made it just as the bus pulled in.

as the bus came to a stop, I saw two girls get on, one with dark brown hair; she looked too young to be going to highschool, and the other—
my eyes widened, the other was a beautiful blonde that seemed actually happy to be going to school again. the girl next to her sat down and the blonde one came closer and closer. with every step she took, the more nervous i'd become. she looked at the empty seat next to me and smiled. "This seat taken?" she asked. I hesitated and realized I was probably holding up the bus driver from moving, not to mention making the situation awkward. "Uh-yeah." I said with a forced smile, scratching the back of my head. she sat down next to me and I straightened up, put my hand down, and tried to pick up where I'd left off in my book. with every word I read, i kept thinking about the blinde though. what was she like? do I like her? no...I'm a girl...I couldn't like another girl...could I? the girl spoke up.
Yang: "I'm Yang" she said with a smile I could never forget.
Blake: "Hi, I'm Blake.." i said with a stuttering voice and a nervous smile.
Yang: "Hi Blake."
Blake: "If you don't mind my asking, do you know that other girl you stepped onto the bus with?" I asked.
Yang: "Oh yeah, that's my sister Ruby." she said as though it was blatantly obvious.
Blake: "Oh...isn't she a little young to be going to high school? " I asked.
Yang: "Yeah, it may look like that...but she's just a really smart girl who graduated middle school early. Everyone thinks she's ready for high school and stuff." she said still smiling.
The bus came to a stop and both girls looked out the window to see that they were at Beacon High. Yang smiled at Blake and got up "you coming?" she asked me. I grabbed my book and got up "Yeah." I replied. Me and that girl—Yang I think it is, got off the bus and walked into school.
