Meanwhile at the get-together area,

'Now to get intel, how would I do that' Athena thought to herself while rubbing her chin."Oh! some leftover chicken alfredo!" she licked her fingers.

'It shouldn't be too hard right? I live in the same dorm as him, and he is trying to make me feel better' Athena slowly made her way back towards the dorm building.

Passing the private garage, a familiar voice could be heard.

"What do you want Mother?" ... it was Severin.

Slowly Athena crept up on him, hiding behind a pillar.

Having the phone on speaker the conversation wasn't private per se.

"Severin, Darling, how is it going over there? Is the food good? Do I need to send a chef over?" Cateline bombarded Severin with questions.

"I'm doing fine, the food is good, and no. I do NOT need any chefs here. I am enjoying my time here. No royal shit, freedom y'know?" Severin sounded like he was tired of this conversation.

"But you know as soon as you return, you're prince again. View this as a vacation." Cateline changed her voice from worried to stern.

"I... okay, fine. Consider this a no-parents vacation then." Severin hung up the phone and sighed.

'Royal shit... Prince? What's going on here?' Athena thought to herself, trying to connect the dots.but before she got to the realization, her train of thought was brought to a stop.

"Athena? What are you doing here?" Severin stood in front of her.

"Oh! Severin! Ma mannn, Brooo, brother from another motheeer! I wasn't doing anything, what are YOU doing here ay?" Athena was avoiding eye contact.

"Nothing ..." Severin had a confused look on his face.

'Brother from another mother? Wasn't she trying to break my ribs last training? What is going ooooooon?!'

"Want to walk to the dorms together?" Severin pointed towards the sidewalk.

"Yeah, sure! Let's do that." Athena fast walked away.

The walk was extremely silent and awkward, to break the silence Athena spoke up.

"So... who were you just talking on the phone with huh? Secret girlfriend from back home?" she nudged Severin to the side.

"No, in fact, I was talking to my mother." Severin sighed.

"That doesn't sound positive? Everything okay?" Athena looked over at him, he in fact looked sad.

"Yeah, everything is perfectly fine, it's just that they want me to speed run the throne and shit as if my father doesn't want to be ki-..." Severin caught himself.

Severin froze in his spot, he didn't realize he had just completely outed himself as someone royal.

"What was that?" Athena stopped walking.

"Nothing. Let's keep walking." Severin buried his hands in his pockets and dared not look up from the grounds.

Entering the dorm building, the room was as silent as a mouse.

The ding from the elevator could be heard, and they both stepped in. Clicking on their floor number Athena spoke up.

"So, you're a royal fella then." Athena looked at Severin.

Severin perked up and covered Athena's mouth with his hand.

"Dude! No, I am not! I don't know what you're talking about!" he hissed.

Again, the bell from the elevator could be heard, and as the doors opened they still stood there.Severin's hand covering Athena's mouth.

"You guys good?" Gauge stood there, a piece of bread in his hand.

Athena licked Severin's hand to get free.

"UHG GROSS DUDE!" Severin frantically wiped his hands on Athena.

Finally being free from Severin's hold Athena straightened herself.

"Oh yeah dude, Severin and I were just talking about how he's a-"

And before she could finish the sentence, Athena was dragged by her hood.

Sprinting to their dorm room Severin closed the door behind them and locked it.

"You need to keep that a secret. PLEASE." Severin looked serious.

"Okay okay,,, don't drag me anymore, that shit's embarrassing." Athena corrected her hoodie.

"Fine, if you keep this to yourself. Can I trust you on that one?" Severin looked her dead in the eyes.

"Yes, you can my Majesty." Athena smirked.

Rubbing his temples Severin paced around the room.

"Athena... this is NOT a joking matter. Please this is my life we're talking about."

"Okay, my bad. I won't tell anyone." Athena zipped her mouth.

"Thank God. Okay... I am going to get some food, you want anything?"

"Not from the stores, but could you get me some of those protein cookies from Julie? They're so good!" Athena was basically drooling at the thought of them.

"Yeah sure..." Severin walked out.

Quickly grabbing her phone, Athena opened the texts between her and Freya.
