Capabilities

The user can duplicate and combine any power, technique, skill and trait of fictional or nonexistent characters in the media or fictional works such as TV Show characters. Not only that the user can take this power further and mimic any fictional power, technique, skill, trait, and object of fictional or nonexistent characters in the media or fictional works also off of sites that contain fictional powers without the need of relying on characters. For example user can learn and perform the Kamehameha (Dragon Ball series) in real life or copy the powers of The Beyonder (Marvel Comics) or even mix the powers of many characters and use it according to the users will giving the user the ability to be any character from Superman to Mother of Existence or even a mixture of both.

Limitations

Replications of powers are limited to the knowledge the user possesses about fictional and nonexistant characters.

Replication of multiple characters/powers may cause problems. Ex: mimicking the power of a character that is immune to poison while also mimicking the powers of a character that needs poison to live.

Inexperienced users may also possess character's personality and/or weaknesses.

User cannot summon, manipulate or create characters only mimic their powers.

User may not be able to mimic radically different physiology.

Cannot cosplay real people.

Trivia

User can replicate and combine fictional skills, attacks and even physiologies from multiple universes. For example, mixing fictional attacks such as Amaterasu (Naruto) and Spirit Bomb (Dragon Ball) or become a hybrid based on two different universes for example a Kryptonian Saiyan.

This also works with the character's equipment, for example if the user replicate Thanos (Marvel Comics) will also get The Infinity Gauntlet or the universal sword Ascalon (Ben 10) or even merge two items/weapons from different fictional universes into one like an Omnitrix Armor.

Applications

Autopotence - The users are all-powerful over themselves, including their existence. They can make their existence ineffable and defiant of all laws and logic, also rewriting themselves on absolutely all levels, including structure, origin, conclusion, and many more. With absolute control over themselves, they can essentially do anything as long as it stems from their own existence, like granting oneself all powers/abilities, becoming one with everything, attaining true perfection, etc.

Adaptive Power Level - The user can spontaneously and quickly increase their power level to match superior opponents and overcome excessive hardships. This adaptation applies to all personal parameters, physical, mental, and even existential.

Raw power, speed, and fighting skills will keep increasing until the opposition finds itself severely outmatched, surviving, and recovering from incredible punishments until they become unnoticeable. When facing some particularly extreme circumstances, the user will eventually reach a breaking point, their power level exploding as they shed into a new, super-powerful form.
