Margarine and her sibling, (Y/N), were so excited to start their first day of high school together. They had always been close, but now they were inseparable. They had almost all the same classes, so they spent most of the day together at school. They walked to school together, ate lunch together, and even went to dance practice together after school.
Margarine was the older sibling only by 3 years but she always looked out for (Y/N). She made sure that they walked in pairs and were never left alone in the halls. (Y/N) was grateful for their sister's protection, but sometimes they wished she could have more independence. Margarine could be a bit overprotective at times, but she meant well.
The first few days of school went by smoothly. Margarine and (Y/N) made new friends in their classes and joined different clubs and activities. Margarine joined the student council, and (Y/N) joined the dance team. They both loved being involved in their school, but they still made time for each other.
One day, Margarine and (Y/N) had a free period together. They decided to go to the library to study for their upcoming history test. As they were walking to the library, they noticed a group of bullies picking on a kid in their grade. Margarine immediately stepped in and told the bullies to leave the kid alone.
(Y/N) was impressed with their sister's bravery. They had always known that Margarine was strong-willed, but seeing her stand up for someone else like that made them respect her even more. The kid who was being bullied thanked Margarine, and she told him to come to her if he ever needed help again.
The incident made Margarine and (Y/N) appreciate each other even more. They worked together to make sure that their school was a kind and welcoming place for everyone. They started a kindness club and organized events to promote positivity at their school. They also made sure to check in with each other after school and talk about their day.
The school year flew by, and before they knew it, prom was right around the corner. Margarine and (Y/N) were both excited to go, but they were nervous about finding dates. Margarine got asked by a friend from the student council, and (Y/N) got asked by a boy from her dance team.
On the night of prom, Margarine and (Y/N) both looked gorgeous. Margarine wore a stunning red dress, and (Y/N) wore a sparkly (F/C) one. They took a ton of pictures together and danced the night away. They both had so much fun and felt grateful to have each other by their side.
The school year eventually came to an end for Margarine she graduated. They hugged each other tightly, knowing that Margarine would be going to a difficult college in the fall. Margarine was going to a university across the country, and (Y/N) was staying at home.
But they promised to keep in touch and visit each other as often as they could. They both knew that no matter how far apart they were, they would always be there for each other. Margarine and (Y/N) were more than siblings; they were best friends.
