HI! my name is séraphine, séra for short. :) i've been reading and writing ever since i was a child, but due to circumstances it wasn't until recently that i started seriously picking it up as a hobby, so i'd consider myself a bit of a beginner with some rusty skills. though, i do not let that stop me from enjoying every part of the craft!
i'm open to any constructive criticism, but i do request that if you give any, please be as kind as possible. when it comes to negative comments, i tend to be very sensitive (a trait i'm actively working to improve).
on my page, you might find that i'm very much into concepts involving fantasy and magic. i'm not necessarily afraid to dip into other ideas, but most of my stories will include the following; magic, a strong lead, fighting, pretty clothes, and angst.
my publishing schedule is a bit crazy at the moment. so far, it takes me almost a year to fully plan out stories. mysterious bird took a little more than a year to finally become a finished product that i adore, but the general outline was less than that. as for each chapter, i aim for tuesdays—thursdays, but that is always subject to change, especially this time of the year.
lastly, seralestial is my account for just fanfiction! original works will be posted on another account (y'know, when they are actually published).
what fandoms/entertainment do i write for? i consume a large range of media, even though i might not writs fics for every piece i do. i expect this list to expand as i go, but the following are the shows/movies/etc. that i have or plan to write for (in no specific order);
