Sixth year.

Only 2 more years left at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Another year filled with friends, fun activities and learning more new magic. I was beyond excited.

This summer had been different from the others. Different in a way I couldn't quite understand myself.

I had been with Sebastian. That itself wasn't anything new or weird, since he was one of my best friends. My very best friend.

I had been hanging out with my others friends as well. Ominis, Natty, Poppy, Garreth, all of my friends. We had been hanging out, all of us together, including Sebastian.

But Sebastian and I had been closer than usual. I didn't know how it happened, it kinda just did. We had sex, multiple times, everywhere, all the time. It was like we couldn't stop. Just the thought of it made my stomach and lower parts tickle.

I wasn't in love with him, he wasn't in love with me either. We were best friends and when we didn't have sex, everything was like it used to be. We would joke, make fun of each other, battle, make bets and much more. I didn't want to see him as more than my friend and I knew Sebastian felt the same way.

I would be with him like I would be with any other guy friend, except when we had sex. Otherwise, things were normal and we would be just friends.

I stood there in my thoughts when I got a hand in front of my face, forcing me to come back to reality and stop thinking about my summer.

"Y/n, are you there?" Natty laughed, clearly realizing my thoughts were elsewhere than here.
I laughed, shaking my thoughts away.

"Yes, I just got caught in my thoughts," I said, smiling at my friend.

We were standing in the hall, waiting to enter the Great Hall. People started to show up, finding their friends and common rooms, ready for another year at the school to begin.

Natty and I had already packed our things out and were waiting for the others to show up.

"What were you thinking about?" Natty asked while laughing.

"Uhm.. Just thought about potion class. I'm excited to see if we can keep up." I laughed, biting my inner cheek.

"No, don't remind me. I have a feeling Professor Sharp won't make it easy for us this year." She sighed, shaking her head.

"I'm afraid he won't," I admitted while fiddling with my sleeve.

I wasn't exactly nervous about seeing Sebastian, but it was something different.

I hadn't told anyone, not even my two best girlfriends, Natty and Poppy what happened during the summer.

That's what Sebastian and I agreed to. We would keep it between us, making it our little secret from the rest of our friends and the school.

It wouldn't happen again. We had agreed to that. It would be too weird if we continued. We both felt that way. It was just a summer thing, something we would look back and laugh about.

"Oh look, Ominis and Sebastian are here!" Natty said, waving for the boys to see us, knowing it would only be Sebastian that was able to.

I looked in her direction and spotted them. They were chatting and laughing, both looking happy and excited to be back.

Sebastian spotted us. He gave Ominis a small puff to let him know he had seen us, before walking in our direction. Ominis used his wand to find us while walking next to Sebastian.

They both wore their school uniforms, just as Natty and I did. The only difference was the colours. Natty and I were in the red, the boys in green. Gryffindor and Slytherin.
