I READ to lose time! That's being immersed into the present.

I WRITE to pour my creative thoughts.

I REFLECT to pour my self limiting thoughts.

I EXERCISE to grease and expand my body.

I TREK to become one with nature, through strenuous or long routes push away self cynical thought and make space for new and limitless possibilities.

I DIET to eat what's right, nutritional, local and organic. It is always in the right quantity, quality and time.

I WORK to enjoy, quality, time bound, fast decisions, take risk to enter the unexplored, team building, honest, and wouldn't carry the work outside my office.

I LIVE to just 'the now'.

My FAMILY when around, experience me as deeply connected, present and curious about them.

I SOCIALISE by being 💯 myself as I am, honest, a great listener, breathing casual air, calm as a monk, curious as a child. I address straight without beating round the bush.
