Jealousy

chapter 6

I wake up with my dog, Teddy, licking my face. I sit up and put him in my lap.

Knock, knock

"Come in." My mom walks in with a tray of food. I told her what happened and she responded to me with saying men ain't shit which made me laugh. "You can stay home for a week max.I think Owens boyfriend is bring your work because Owen has a surprise for you." I smiled at her. "Thanks, mom." I say. She puts the tray down on my desk and kisses me goodbye then leaves.

I told Owen about what happened in the closet at school with me and Enzo. I also told him about our past relationship I had with him. He was chill about it though and I'm thankful for that.

I pick up my phone and Owens name popped up which was weird considering I already told him I wasn't gonna be at school.

Owen-Open your window.

I move Teddy off of me and get up and go to my window only to see Owen and Spencer standing there. I open my window. "What are you two doing?" I ask. "Not just us two." Spencer says. Then Enzo steps out the car with four bags and hands two of them to Owen.

"Hey!" Enzo says. I smile to myself. "What are you guys doing here?" I ask. "Well I thought you might need some company so me and Enzo are staying. Spencer is just here dropping us off. He'll be getting all our work."

"And we only used your window because I don't know if I'm welcome here." Enzo says.

"Your not but neither is Owen." I say.

"Yeah,her dad isn't a big fan of me but her mom is." Owen says. "I need to get to school so mind hurrying this up." Spencer says. Owen rolls his eyes playfully. "Enzo you put your hand out so I can step in it." Owen says. Enzo obliges and Owen steps in his hands then Enzo lifts him up. Owen gets to my window and I help in. Spencer helps Enzo and I pull him in. We say bye to Spencer then I close my window.

I turn to Enzo and Owen. "We brought snacks." Enzo says. I smile then get back into bed next to Teddy. I pull the covers over me. "Thank you but I'm not hungry." I say. "Absolutely not." Owen says pulling the covers off of me. I whine. "We are going to have a fun week and you are going to love it." Enzo says. I sigh and sit up. "Fine what are we doing?" I ask.

"Im gad you asked." Owen says with a smile. "We have the whole week planned."Enzo says. "For today we are just chilling. Movies,food, and games." Owen informs me.

"What about the rest of the week?" I ask.

"You'll know what we're doing on that day." Enzo says. I roll my eyes and pick Teddy up. I stand up and set him on the floor. "Alright." I agree to this stupid plan.

"Your just a sore loser." I say crossing my arms over my chest. We moved to the living room and its a mess but it was fun.

"Whatever. You cheated and you helped." Owen says to me and Enzo. "I didn't help." Enzo says. Owen rolls his eyes and mumbles, "Whatever."

"What time is it?" I ask yawning. "Its..," Owen looks at his phone, "11:45" He finishes. "You know I didn't think we'd be a good group." Enzo says. "Zoey would be pissed seeing us together." I say. "And Matt." Enzo and Owen says in unison.

Then an idea popped up in my head. I look at the others and they look at me with the same thought in mind. "Should we take a picture? We should take a picture." Enzo says answering himself. He takes a picture of us and then posts it. Me and Owen do the same but we take different pictures.

Enzo takes a picture of us with us holding up the peace sign. Owen takes a picture of us with me on Enzos back and him halfway in the camera. I took a picture of us with all of our heads in the camera.

After all of our picture taking Enzo and Owen help me clean up the living room. We sit on the couch after we're done and I look at them. "When are you leaving?" I ask them. "We're not." Owen says. "Your mom said it's fine as long as we don't do anything bad." Enzo explains.

"I don't think your dad knows though." Owen slightly smiles. I nod my head and we make our way upstairs.

"Where do y'all want to sleep?"I ask them.

"In your bed." Enzo answers. I roll my eyes. "Serious."

"I am." Enzo says sitting on my bed. "I'll be on the floor." Owen says laying out his blanket on the floor. He sits down and I look over ti Enzo who is now laying on my bed with the covers over him. He has his eyes close but I know he's up.

"Oh hell no." I say then I take the covers off of him and tackle him. He starts to tickle me and rolls us over. He pins me down to my mattress and we make eye contact. He leans down slowly as I wait for him to kiss me. Should I be doing this?

I push him off and he lands on the other side of the bed. "Sorry." I muttered. "No,I'm sorry. You just got out of a relationship." He says. He moves to my side of the bed and hugs me. "You know I'll always be here for you no matter what." He whispers. We pull out of the hug and I feel tears about fall.

"I know." I whisper. He puts his back against the headboard of my bed and gestures for me to lay with him. I lay my head on his chest and he takes the covers and covers us. He puts his arms around my wait and I put mine around his.

We sit there in silence, waiting for one of us to fall asleep. The only thing you could hear is the light snoring coming from Owen. "Hey,Enzo?" I calls out to him

"Hmm?" He says in a sleepy tone.

"Your really warm." I admit to him.

He laughs softly and says in a low voice,"Really?."

I smile. "Yeah." I snuggle into him some more before I drift off to sleep.

What a day.
