ROSEMARIE AND ELIZABETH TRAHAEARN were unusual girls. They'd grown up partly in Romania, soon moving to Cornwall, England to live in a secluded manor to live on the coastline of the Atlantic Ocean. Their father, having been separated from his family, thought this a good upbringing for his girls to have. They never made any friends, aside from a few select other children in the area, although many of the children in their town considered them to be... strange.
Who wouldn't? A family of four living a secluded life off the grid and never allowing anyone inside their home? That would be odd.
Their mother, Victoria, had made an effort for her girls to have friends more like them. A few they only tolerated and were forced to put up with. There were only a couple of friends they liked. That being said, whenever their father took them to see his friends, they had a much better time.
Receiving their letters from Hogwarts was the best thing that could happen to the Trahaearn girls. They got time away from their mom, and their father, being able to go back to his work as a professor, got time away from his wife that never really seemed to like him.
However, upon arriving at Hogwarts, Elizabeth finds herself befriending three children who just can't seem to keep themselves out of trouble.
