BREATHE
"Everyone makes mistakes, its okay, I just want my sister to know that. When I wrote this song, I had her in my mind. I question if I could have saved her." - Maisie(lyrics, english translation)
[Verse 1]
Take a deep breath
Until both sides of your heart get numb
Until it hurts a little
Let out your breath even more
Until you feel
Like there's nothing left inside
[Refrain]
It's alright if you run out of breath
No one will blame you
It's okay to make mistakes sometimes
Because anyone can do so
Although saying "It's alright" is comforting
They're just words
[Chorus]
Someone's breath, that heavy breath
How can I see through that?
Though I can't understand your breath
It's alright, I'll hold you
[Refrain]
It's alright if you run out of breath
No one will blame you
It's okay to make mistakes sometimes
Because anyone can do so
Although saying "It's alright" is comforting
They're just words
[Chorus]
Someone's breath, that heavy breath
How can I see through that?
Though I can't understand your breath
It's alright, I'll hold you
[Bridge]
Even if others think your sigh
Takes out energy and strength
I already know
That you had a day that's hard enough
To let out even a small sigh
Now don't think of anything else
Let out a deep sigh
Just let it out like that
[Chorus]
Someone's breath, that heavy breath
How can I see through that?
Though I can't understand your breath
It's alright, I'll hold you
[Outro]
You really did a good job
FINE
"This song represents how I was feeling after loosing them. Watching my mother fall sick, I didn't see much of her in this sick form of her. I didn't feel okay, I didn't feel like it would all be fine soon. I will never truly get over the death of my mother and sister. I feel like I have to distract myself from thinking about them." - Maisie(lyrics, english translation)
[Verse 1]
On a torn piece of paper
I wrote down how I really feel
And it's getting clearer, there's somethin' bout you
Yeah, you look like me but are somehow different
I wonder if you feel the way that I do
I'm getting my hopes up
[Pre-Chorus]
After a day, a month, and a year passes by
Will we be living different lives?
[Chorus]
No, not me, I don't think it'll be easy for me
You still fill my days
No not yet, I'm repeating to myself like a fool
I can't hold the words that linger on my lips
It's not fine (Ah, ah, ah, ah)
It's not fine
[Verse 2]
With my hair tied up
I'm cleaning the mess in my room
I'm looking for somethin' new
Sometimes I get this overwhelming feeling
Like I have to do something
So I move around for no reason
[Pre-Chorus]
After a day, a month, and a year passes by
I said I would smile and it would be a memory
[Chorus]
No, not me, I don't think it'll be easy for me
You still fill my days
No not yet, I'm repeating to myself like a fool
I can't hold the words lingering on my lips
It's not fine (It's not fine, it's not fine, oh whoa oh)
It's not fine
[Bridge]
Between meaningless jokes and small talk
Amongst the crowd, I look like I'm fine
I'm pretending to be numb with a smile on my face
I try not to think of the shadow called "you"
[Chorus]
But I can't help thinking of our last moment
The words "take care" was all for our parting, oh
No not yet, I'm repeating to myself like a fool
I can't hold the words lingering on my lips
It's not fine (It's not fine)
It's not fine (Oh whoa, oh whoa whoa oh, ooh!)
It's not fine
