"Carmen!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as I frowned. I'm standing in the girl's locker room in nothing but my towel and it was all thanks to the one and only Carmen Fox. She had managed to prank me yet again. Many people have anger management problems, but me? I have Carmen Fox problems. I clenched my fist as my anger seethed. Carmen used to be my childhood friend but now she's just insufferable, I can't bare the thought of even being in the same room as her. When will she ever going to stop pestering me? I took out my phone and typed vigorously to Fiona, desperate for her help. I bit my nails as I anxiously wait for Fiona's reply. Suddenly, I heard Laughter coming from behind. It was Carmen and her friend Jaclyn. I glared at Carmen and hissed at her. "Give me back my clothes!" I exclaimed furiously. Instead of replying, her eyes travelled down from my face to my body. My face turned crimson red as I realized that Carmen was staring at my body. Why did I just blushed at her? It must be because I was angry at her right?
Annoyed, Jaclyn cleared her throat praying that we would stop staring at each other and start talking. Carmen smirked when she saw how flustered I was. She walked towards me and whispered in my ears, "Do I make you nervous Lisa?" My face turned redder as goosebumps erupted my bare arms. My heart started beating rapidly as my face was just inches away from hers. I studied her beautiful long ginger hair that was slightly longer than shoulder length. Her brown doe eyes could make anyone get lost when they stared at it. She was so beautiful. She was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. My words stuttered as I respond to Carmen. "W-What?" Fuck, why can't I say anything else, and it wasn't like me to stutter when I talk. When Carmen tried to open her mouth to reply, Fiona shouted from across the room,"Leave Lisa alone Carmen, She had enough of you." Carmen and Jaclyn immediately turned to Fiona, clueless as to who was shouting. When Carmen saw that it was Fiona, she rolled her eyes. Jaclyn tapped on Carmen's shoulder and signaled her to leave, Carmen nodded to Jaclyn. As Carmen was about to walk out of the room, Carmen gazed back at me as if she wanted to say something but couldn't. Without saying anything she walked out of the room with Jaclyn. "Why was Carmen checking me out? And why did she looked at me with those eyes?" I thought to myself. Confused and frustrated, I scratched my head. I immediately snapped out of my thoughts not wanting to think of Carmen anymore. I sighed a sigh of relieve when I saw that Fiona was holding my spare change of clothes that I always put in my locker in case of any emergencies. " thank you, I wouldn't know what to do if you weren't here." I replied. She beamed at me as she told me that she was glad that she had made it there in time before class has started. Fiona then passed me the clothes and asked me to hurry up as she doesn't want to be late for class.
Fiona was a good friend of mine. In fact the best friend I ever had. We had been through many phases together and I don't know what I would do without her.
