Warning: Gore in the 3rd paragraph
—————————————————————————
Gunslinger walked out of the house with his gun. These damn towers were annoying as all hell. Constantly and consistently pestering him, only for them to lose and retreat over and over again. He usually sent dozens of his Cavalry as scouts to alert him of their location. As soon as the towers were seen, they would report back to base and tell him where they saw them. He recently heard that an attack was coming, and readied himself. After about 7.5 minutes, he saw them.
The events that follow was a massacre. Gunslinger almost instantly killed 3 of them, most of them being fresh recruits, but he didn't care. A tower was a tower, and they were annoying to deal with. After that, an intense gunfight ensued. The towers found Gunslinger to be the most annoying boss to deal with, along with Raider Boss, though he's been gone for a long time now. This was due to Gunslingers excellent marksmanship skills, and his ability to use guns effectively. After a while, the towers couldn't sustain the losses, and retreated. Gunslinger saw 2 towers who were crawling, either too weak to stand up, or there legs were shot, and they broke.
"Please! I'll do anything, just don—" BANG! a loud sound shot through the quiet town. The poor tower's head just exploded, small chunks of it splattered everywhere, and a huge pool of blood pouring onto the floor. He walked towards the other tower. This one was young, about 18-20. He seemed to be frozen in fear, probably witnessing what happened to his friend, but this one was far too young to kill, I mean, c'mon he's got his whole life ahead of him. Gunslinger was merciless, but he had some sign of decency. He stared at the tower, wondering whether to spare it or not. He decided to just to leave it. He walked away from the tower, who seemed relieved he wasn't dying. The tower slowly got up and slowly limped his way back to the base. Gunslinger checked his watch. Burned about 3 hours of his time. He began walking back to his house.
Umbra stared at her cooking. She made a pretty simple soup for her and Gunslinger. His house was quite normal for it's time era, minus a few modern fans he has to keep the house cool. Umbra stirred her soup a bit more. She didn't cook often, but she was pretty good at it. She was mainly taught from her servants who were quite good cooks. Once the soup was finished, she put a lid on the pot and set it on the table. She had a little more time to kill. She sorta just walked around for a bit, until she heard the creak of the door opening
"Howdy." Gunslinger said, walking into the room with his bloodied suit. He walked over to the large pot of soup and made himself a bowl of it. He walked over to his small couch and drank the soup.
Gunslinger finished his soup and gave a loud belch "Oops, excuse me." He said, getting up to put his bowl away. "Thanks for the soup, it was pretty damn good." He said, walking back to the couch.
"Hey, can I ask you a question?" Asked Umbra. Gunslinger looked at her.
"Yeah?" He asked
"Can you teach me how to use a gun? I've never really learned how to." Umbra said, slowly going back to the pot of soup to get more. She hasn't eaten in three days, and this really helped her out.
"Sure, I'd love to. It's really easy once you know the basics." Gunslinger said turning off the TV. "I'll show you tomorrow, I gotta go do something." He said, getting up and walking to the basement. Umbra was a bit curious and followed him, only to end up in his workout room with lots of equipment. Gunslinger took off his shirt and went to training. Umbra looked away, a small hint of a yellow blush on her face from seeing such strong muscles. She went back to the top floor and felt tired. She checked the time, about 4 PM, not a bad time for a nap. She went to the couch and grabbed a blanket, putting it down and looking for a pillow. Once she found one, she put it down on the couch and closed her eyes, letting the tiredness carry her away to sleep.—————————————
So, this is the second chapter. I changed the story up a bit last time, so yeah, but expect chapters every week or so. I don't write too often, usually writing chapters like these in around 2 days time. I hope you guys enjoyed this one, and a quick note, I made Gunslinger not a full skeleton because I thought it looked weird in my head, so I made him look a little similar to Badlands cowboy. Anyway, I'm gonna go now. Hope you enjoyed, cya all later.
