I am Ganiru. I have asked Awele Writes to help tell my story. I lack the courage to say it to you myself so I rather go for an easier route, try not to blame me too much, maybe as she tells my story, you will understand why I took an easier route.

Often times, we as individuals go through a significant shifts in our lives that brings out in us either the best or worst side of us and these sides become a reflection of who we become that's if we lack the self awareness to curb any negative impact.

Ganiru turned 18 with so much joy in her heart because she is finally an adult, I was there so I could confirm this joy. Yes she became a young adult but Ganiru whom I call, Niru, has achieved so much for herself just before she became an adult. She has a career and visibility a 25-30 year old yearns for. She has a good paying job that is the eye of every fresh graduate who needs to pay student loans. Niru is an entertainment writer, she wines and dines with music executives just at 18, all these started when she was 17!
How she did it, I really don't know. She would tell me about her life but not about her career success. Don't get me wrong, Niru is not one who would pull off her clothes just for a spot, she is hardworking and smart in every positive way. I asked her out of curiosity, why not talk about something people would like to know? Like this is a real, people want to read a story of someone who actually put in the work at such a young age, give them an audience.

"I must apologize to you Paul, Frank, Bianca, Sarah or to whoever is reading. I don't talk much about my career because I feel I am yet to acquire what I need to acquire before saying a word about my progress, check up on me in a year, I'm sure to have made more progress worthy enough for an interview."
