{Story Start}

Dinah lifted the set of chopsticks to her mouth before taking a bite of her ordered sushi, and it was absolutely delicious. This was her first time in Japan, she had always meant to visit, though her free time in her personal life had been cut into ever since she joined the Justice League. The only reason she was there now was because she was on official Justice League business. She had spent the last three days trying to find a certain child hero that had sprung up in Tokyo recently. The first mention of this underage hero was about three to four months ago. It was one of the many topics that Batman brought up in one of their meetings.

Dinah didn't think it was that big of a deal as long as the kid was helping people, but Batman was never the type of person who could trust others, especially when they have superhuman abilities or powers. If someone displayed any sorts of superhuman powers, whether they be a villain, hero, or civilian Batman would create an entire profile on them in case they ever became a threat. The Dark Knight doesn't like to take chances when it came to the safety of innocent lives, and as much as she hated to admit it, he tended to save many lives with his paranoia, even his fellow heroes.

Getting herself back on track, this new teen hero had popped up around three to four months ago, saving over sixty lives from a terrorist bombing. Amateur videos showcased a tidal wave of water forming a sphere around the survivors, the water sphere protecting them from falling debris and the flames that came from the explosions, but what was most impressive was the huge gusts of wind put out the fires that the water sphere couldn't. There wasn't any footage of the hero himself, but eye witnesses caught sight of a blonde haired boy in a dark blue and silver outfit, along with a white & red mask. Weeks later more sightings of the blonde hero started popping up, and soon enough Tokyo had it's own hero protecting it.

A small chuckle escaped the heroine's lips as she recalled some of the ridiculous names that were floating around the internet, 'Some people really do have too much time on their hands.' Dinah reached into her jacket, pulling out a photo of the young hero. One could make out that the boy was undoubtedly blonde, seeming to be 11 to 14 years old. The hero seemed to be wearing a grey sleeveless flack jacket over what seemed to be a black jumpsuit. The photo was blurry, so making out any other physical characteristics was near impossible even with all the advanced technology the League had at their fingertips, but if Dinah had to guess, she'd say the kid was between five and five foot four. After putting the picture away, Dinah finished her meal before leaving the small restaurant.

She had been spending the past four days trying to spot any signs of the new hero, with no luck. She was sent on this mission by Batman due to her knowing how to speak Japanese. Plus, she had a feeling on some level he was counting on her physical appearance to be appealing to the kid, 'It's incredibly sexist, but if it gets results.'. Unfortunately for her, there hasn't been much criminal activity in Japan had gone down tremendously since the kid showed up, and the small crimes that were committed didn't draw him out. If she couldn't make contact in the next 24 hours, she was heading home, 'No offense kid, but I didn't get into this business to babysit.'

{Tokyo Rooftops; 3: 30 pm}

A sun-kissed blonde haired boy crouched on the edge of a thirty story building, a basket of steaming pork buns in his hand and chopsticks in his other. His cerulean blue eyes staring over the city. drinking in the sight that few others would ever have the pleasure of seeing. The boy picked up one of the buns, quickly taking a bite out of one of the buns. The blonde's thoughts was going over what happened to him over the past few months. Half a year ago, he was one of the most wanted individuals in the world, charged because he refused to stay in a place where he was treated like a monster for something he didn't do. He would have never had the time to enjoy food or sights back in the Elemental Nations, after all when one is a rouge ninja, they have to either keep on the move or risk being killed or worse, captured.
