Chapter 1

Jordy pov.
The place was pitch dark and I was wondering where I was. There were many chitter chatter going on. I could hear whispers around me.i swank my hands around me trying to feel an invincible person around me. I was like a blind man trying to move without knowing what is around me. Then I thought that the whispers might be an illusion or a game of my mind. Suddenly I heard a laughter which was like those in a horror movie. It literally scared the hell out of me. I turned behind hesitating a bit. And suddenly someone's hand touched my shoulder. I froze over there. A chill ran down my spine. My face was paler than ever. I could feel my body colder than ever. Could this creature be a ghost??? I thought. No dumb there are no such thing as ghost! It must be a prank! I scolded myself. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and took a turn. The next moment I felt light shining on my face. And I slowly opened my eyes to find my worst enemy Kyle Williams chille standing beside the one and only my boss??? Why??? What is going on in their mind. Kyle looked towards me and smirked which looked like trouble was coming to me. My boss ,Chase, approached me and looked at me apologetically and said " I am sorry Jordy, you will have to leave your position because the rightful person who owns the chief editor seat is only Kyle's" pointing towards him. I was heartbroken and fainted right there.

I gasped for air as I jumped out of my bed. It was just a dream. This is the only nightmare that really scares me. Yes I am afraid to lose my position. It is everything to me. If I lose it then feels like I have ran out of oxygen in my lungs. It's the worst nightmare. I breathe in and out to calm myself down. I looked at my alarm clock. Oh No!!! It is 10:00!!! I am late again. I put my head in my hands. Suddenly, I felt something creamy on my face. I pulled my hands to see what was it. It was none other than whippcream. I clenched my fists. This work is done by none other than my little brother Jackula!!! As a younger brother he was always the mischievous one. I have four brothers. The eldest one is adopted. However, we never felt like he wasn't our own blood. we always kept him as a family not a stranger. He is a part of us ,our past,childhood and our coming future.
Because of today's "whipp cream" incident I was terribly furious. Because of this I was shouting and screaming at everyone. I wondered how bad a day could go. See I have a bad temper so don't play with me. cause the one who is going to get hurt is you not me.
Because of this incident, I am extra late to work. This is horrible. Since I have gotten the post of chief editor I am getting these weird dreams, they seem to not end at all. These dreams is one of the reasons why I am late to work for the past few weeks. and know I am sure my boss Chase is doubting on my commitment. OMG! Is the dream going to become true. What if he really comes???
I sped my car at a extreme speed not caring about myself but also others. Probably I am luck today as I was saved from almost crashing onto a car. I parked my car in the channels building car park and ran in full speed banging with people and arguing with them. I could literally see smoke coming out of their ears.That thought gave me a slight chukkle. As I reached to my office I swung open the office door almost slamming onto someone's face. I slowed down a bit. I move my face to left. causing myself to bang on someone! The person dropped all his files and books he was holding. He immediately started picking up all the books and files. And I, instead of helping I started shouting at him.
"Excuse me! Can't you see I am in a rush! Do you have eyes or are you blind!"
" You know I can say the same for you! So please stop making a commotion here! And probably help me! Can't you SEE I have dropped many things!" He replied in the same tone.
"Hey mister! Do you even know who am I!? I am the chief editor of this channel. And I am making a commotion!!! Ha!!! Who do you think you are to talk to me like this! And I will help you! No Way!! "I walked towards my cabin.
"Stop Jordy!" My boss Chase shouted. I stood rooted to the ground. I never heard him so loud. I turned around making a hair flick. "you can't talk to an employee or an intern like this! I never thought you would do this. It does not mean if you are an cheif editor of this channel you can behave any how. I had trusted you and I will not allow such behavior of anyone in this office. Do you get that, ms Jordy!"
"I am truly sorry, but I have too many things to do. I am so stressed. but I will promise that such behavior will not been seen again. oh! Sorry for being late!" I said in one breath with my head down in embarrassment. He just reprimanded me infront of everyone. I know he is correct but come on I have a reputation.
" yes you are late and I have a bad news for you. If you are late again you will be demoted!"
When he said that my heart skipped a beat. no I can't let my position go I have worked hard for it. "No! You can't do that! There is no one better than me here! You must be joking."
"This is no joke Jordy. I am serious. this is a bad role model for everyone here and this attitude is not what I saw and chose you for this. I will do it if I see this continue and there are many people illegible for this post"
"Ok I understand and I will stop this immediately. please do what ever you need. but I promise will get early here tom" I said being very disappointed not only with the news but also with myself. he is right I am not myself after I got this post.Must be the dreams.
"Hello everyone is there a show going on. Please get back to work." he said while going into his cabin. I just stood there seeing everyone go back to work. I then went back to my cabin pondering on what had just happened. I realized that I had done wrong to the boy by talking to him so rudely. I should apologize him I thought.
Knock knock! "Come in" the door opened to show me the one and only my assistant, Lia. "Chase has called you. he said he wants to meet you right now in the cabin for something important." "Oh ok? Umm I'll come" I replied. I tensed up a bit. What does he want to talk about? Has he decided to demote me. no he can't i do have a chance to get his trust back. I knocked on the door as asking permission to enter. "come in" he commanded. I took a deep breath as I opened the door. "So Jordy"
"Yes Chase"
"Come on relax you look like somebody died. why are you so pale? I am just giving you a new work today which is going to be fun because I know that it is the right work for you"
"Oh ok. I am so sorry I was just worried why you called and what was so important for me. so what work do you have for me? That fits me so well?" I said sarcastically because all work fits me well.
"So you know the person you bumped into is a new employee here and i want you to tell him about this place and how things work here. Actually it is more like him as your assistant. Wait no. This job is more like both of you becoming friends. no ugh whatever
You get it right what you have to do. "
"Umm yeah by the way how does this work fit me well?" I asked.
"Oh that is because both of you are so similar in everything. I am sure you will get back to your normal self if you will be with him. Both of you will have to help each other. He needs to know about this place and you need help in things and he is just amazing and awesome as you are. Oh yah. His name is Kyle and you have to bring him wherever you go for work. k. great
So have a good time."
"Oh ok I look forward to work with him thanks Chase I'll see you later then." I went out of his cabin. something rang in my head when he said Kyle. the name sounds so similar. what is with this name? I thought. It must just an illusion.
I happy that I got this work now I can also apologize him for how I had behaved with him. great! I thought.
"Lia???"
"Yes Ms Christin?"
"Hey I told you to call me Jordy not MS CHRISTIN! By the way call the new guy Kyle in."
"K"
I sometimes think why Lia calls me ms christin while she calls Chase "Chase". Is something going on between them I wondered. If there is then it would be fun to tease both of them about I chukkled at the thought of it.
Knock knock!
At last he's here. I thought I should personally open the door so I went towards the door and opened to see only one I...
"You!!!" We both said in a sync.
No this is not possible it a impossible.
"He can't be here" I muttered to myself.
