Hey guys!

I have several friends who have experienced panic and anxiety attacks and I've experienced an anxiety attack myself. This book is purely based off of my experiences and what I've learned about anxiety disorders and panic attacks. There is no guarantee that these techniques will work because everybody is different and therefore everybody deals with anxiety and panic attacks differently. This book is for the people who are searching for ways to deal with their own panic attacks or to help somebody who is having a panic attack.
