>Powers Dimensional Travel- An otherworldly human herself, Tsukasa can travel to different locations via Aurora Curtains, including parallel worlds. However, the downside is that she cannot take perfect pictures outside his original world, barring certain exceptions. Teleportation: Tsukasa is able to travel to different periods of time and locations using the Aurora Curtains, similar to the Den-Liner.
Temporal Protection- Due to being an otherworldly human himself, he is normally unaffected by the changes in the timeline of the world he enters. Likewise, this power allows Tsukasa to act as a time capsule for the multiverse, should it be somehow affected.
Nine Worlds Powers- Whenever Tsukasa travels to another world, she takes on a role within it, granting her different abilities as well as all necessary needs to take on that role (ie; clothes, hairstyles, documents, etc.). These abilities are retained after acquisition of their respective world's Rider cards.
Gurongi Language Interpretation- In the World of Kuuga and Agito, Tsukasa could understand and speak the Gurongi language.
Master Violinist- In the World of Kiva, Tsukasa displayed the ability to perform the violin, flawlessly playing the Bloody Rose's signature song.
Mirror World Travel- In the World of Ryuki, Tsukasa can enter the Mirror World without the need of an Advent Deck.
Culinary Knowledge- Befitting hed rank and job as a chef at the World of Blade, Tsukasa is given the talent of a great chef.
Clock Up Vision- In World of Kabuto, Tsukasa can see any ZECT Riders when they are in Clock Up, which is supposedly impossible to be seen by normal humans due to them moving at near lightspeed.
Ongekibou Empowerment- In the World of Hibiki, Tsukasa was given the ability to use the Ongekibou, using it in a pair of Ongekibou Rekka.
Resurrection- If people still remember her, she can be resurrected from the dead.

Peak Human Condition: Tsukasa possesses superhuman reflexes and strength, being able to bisect a chain with a simple card.
Expert Combatant: As Kamen Rider Decade, Tsukasa is a balanced fighter who prefers close combat. Even without external help, Tsukasa has matched Yusuke at his peak, defeating him in their final battle.
Gifted Intellect: Tsukasa is a great strategist, being very calculative, resourceful, and manipulative. Furthermore, she possesses significant knowledge about supernatural matters like: the Lords, the mirror world, timelines, and aliens and spirits.
